Raya, Zara, and Tuk were sitting on the beach making bracelets with Tsireya and Ao'nung.
She wasn't really into making the bracelets that much so she sat back and watched, and Ao'nung watched her.
She was picking at her fingers when she felt a hand on her shoulder.
"Are you alright?" Ao'nung asked as she watched her.
"Yeah, I'm fine." She mumbled looking away from Ao'nungs gaze.He stood up and held his hand out to her. "Come with me."
She just looked at him confused. He rolled his eyes playfully and grabbed her hand helping her stand up.
"I wanna show you something." He said as she smiled at her.
"Where are you taking me?" She laughed as he drug her along with him.
"You'll see!" He called for ilu and climbed on, helping her settle on the back behind him.He felt her hands on his waist and she slowly wrapped them tighter, resting her head on his back.
He chuckled and then they took off.
What they didn't see was Neteyam and Jake watching them from the beach.
Neteyam's face was full of jealousy. The girl he's grown feelings for was riding off with someone she barely knew.
"Neteyam." Jake said placing his hand on his son's shoulder.
Neteyam didn't say anything. He couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"Neteyam?" Jake was a little more stern, but Neteyam just rolled his eyes and walked away.

"Ao'nung where are we going?" She yelled as they were arriving to what they called the cove of the ancestors."You have a spirit tree in the forest, right?" He asked as he turned to face her.
"Yeah, of course we do?" She looked at him confused. He smiled as the sun went away.
"Ao'nung, it's eclipse I'm not supposed to be out this late."
"It'll be worth it I promise." He said as he climbed off his ilu into the water, helping Raya to get off.He patted the ilu's head and it made a screeching noise before swimming away.
He grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to him. "Do you trust me?" He asked her as he placed his other hand on her waist.
She looked at his eyes, then subconsciously to his lips. "I trust you." She whispered.
He smiled and led her down to the tree as everything under water began to glow.
It was beautiful. She'd never seen anything like this before.
As he lead her to the tree, he gestured for her to connect her queue to it.
She reached behind her, bringing her queue forward before connecting it to the tree.
She was back in the forest, walking around.
She missed the forest more than anything. The sound of the ikran flying around, the sound of rushing water. The smell of the trees.
Everything. As she walked further she saw her ikran, Na'yi.
She flew down in front her making happy chirps at Raya.
"Mawey, Na'yi. Mawey." She said as she patted her head. She made the bond and hoped on.
They flew up to the mountains where they had been living.
She landed and hopped off of Na'yi. She felt the cool rock beneath her feet.
As she walked she saw Mo'at.
"Raya, my sweet child." She held her arms open and Raya ran in for a hug.
"I missed you, Mo'at." She smiled as she wrapped her arms around Mo'at.
