Raya sat inside the Sully's pod even though Jake didn't want her there.
But Jake wasn't there, so he couldn't tell her to leave.
They all sat in a circle in the pod and talked about the day before.
"Raya, I promise you he didn't mean it." Neytiri said calmly to Raya.
"I think he did." Raya said as she looked up at Neytiri.
Neytiri's ears laid down, "Oh Raya."Just as she said that Jake walked into the pod. He didn't say anything when he saw Raya, he just continued walking.
Raya looked at Neytiri. She shrugged her shoulders and got up, leaving the pod.
She was walking a long the beach when she heard someone.
"Excuse me?" The voice said from somewhere behind her.
She turned around to see a tall metkayina boy standing there.
"Hey." He gave her a quick wave. "What are you doing out here by yourself, if you don't mind me asking?"She looked around and shrugged her shoulders. "Just getting some air." She answered as he started walking towards her.
He was tall, but he wasn't as tall as Ao'nung and Neteyam. He didn't tower over her like they did.
She could look up at him with her eyes instead of having to almost look up completely.
"What's your name beautiful?" He asked stepping closer again. There were about three feet between them.
"Raya." She said looking up at him. "My names Raya."
He smirked and let out a chuckle, "That's a pretty name for a pretty girl."
She smiled and looked away from him, feeling uncomfortable with how close he was getting to her.
"What's your name?" She asked
"My names Atèyo." He said smiling."Nice to meet you Atèyo." She said doing the hand gesture.
"Nice to meet you too, Raya." He copied the same hand gesture. She looked around and saw the village was getting busy.
Fishers were setting their nets, training was beginning for the hunters, little kids ran up and down the beach some diving in the water.
"You wanna go for a swim?" Atèyo asked seeing she was looking towards the beach.
"I probably shouldn't." She said remembering the last time.
"C'mon." He said grabbing her hand, "It'll be fun."She pulled her hand away from him, "I said I probably shouldn't." She said more stern.
"Oh come on," he begged, "not even for a few minutes? We won't go that far out."She sighed and reluctantly followed him into the ocean.
He walked out further into the water and she stood waist deep.
"What are you waiting for?" He yelled as he dove underwater.
She sighed again and dove under, starting to swim after him.
This way, follow me. He signed to her once she got closer. She nodded and followed him.
He saw she was struggling just a little to keep up so he held his hand out for her to take, which she denied.
I'm alright. She signed after seeing the look on his face.
If you need my help, I'm right here. She nodded and they continued swimming.

Neteyam walked out their pod and looked around for Raya. He hadn't gotten the chance to properly talk to her.He saw Tsireya so he walked over to her.
