"I can't believe I'm this unlucky in love."
Jimin looked over at Taehyung who was laying on his stomach, face buried in his pillow. His best friend had just been dumped by the girl he'd been seeing for the last few weeks and he was wallowing in self-pity.
"You don't need a girlfriend Tae, it's fine to be single."
Taehyung turned his head towards Jimin. "That's easy for you to say, you've got Jungkook who's apparently turned into some kind of modern day Romeo.
Jimin shook his head and let out a little laugh. He didn't consider Jungkook to be overly romantic, he was just Jungkook.
Taehyung buried his head in his pillow again. "Fuck, why
can't any of my mortal enemies suddenly fall head over heels for me."
Jimin snorted. "Got many of those, do you?"
"More than you could imagine."
"Just reveal you have a terminal illness and then shout at them, that seemed to do it for me." Jimin said and laughed.
Taehyung let out an exaggerated sigh. "Ugh. I guess I'm doomed."
Jimin walked over and sat next to Taehyung on the bed. He laid a hand on his friend's back. "Oh come on Tae, you're not doomed. You'll find someone, there's no rush."

Taehyung turned around and laid on his back, his hand resting on his stomach. "I'm tired of girls who are just after my dick. I've got feelings too." He said and waved his hands dramatically like he was calling out to the heavens.
Jimin stifled a laugh. Taehyung could be very dramatic, he often played up his emotions so that he wouldn't have to face them properly. He played it off as a joke, tried to make Jimin laugh, but the blonde boy knew that there was at least some truth to what Taehyung was saying. Jimin could tell the difference when Taehyung was actually genuinely upset and when he just needed to whine a little, today was more the latter. He figured being dumped had bruised his ego a little.
"Like seriously, are there really no girls out there that want a relationship anymore?" Taehyung questioned and looked at Jimin like he expected an answer, but when Jimin just shrugged and gave him a crooked smile the black-haired boy groaned and rubbed his forehead with his fingertips.
"Maybe I should start dating guys instead."
Jimin laughed hit Taehyung playfully on his thigh. "Trust me, dating guys is not easier."
"Maybe I should try though?" Taehyung said and removed his hands from his face.
Jimin tilted his head and observed his friend. "Do you find guys attractive?"
"I mean I can objectively think I guy is good looking."
Taehyung said and shrugged.
Jimin smiled and shook his head. "Yeah, well I can say the same about girls but like have you ever looked at a guy and thought 'I'd really like to put my dick up their ass'?"
Taehyung frowned for a second and looked up at the ceiling. "No." He finally answered and looked back at Jimin.
Jimin chuckled and ran a hand through his hair. "Then I think you should probably stick to girls."

"Mm maybe you're right." Taehyung sat up and leaned his back against the wall. He stayed quiet for a moment, eyes fixed on the door to his dorm room. He finally looked back at Jimin. "You know what you and Jungkook have is special, right?"
Jimin opened his mouth but he didn't seem to find the words, a bit shocked by Taehyung's sudden change of topic. Of course he knew what he and Jungkook had was special. He had never been so close to another person, so in tune with their emotions, almost like they were part of the same being. Just calling Jungkook his boyfriend felt wrong, it wasn't enough to describe how he felt.
He could feel his cheeks redden slightly as he closed his mouth. He looked down at his hands and nodded.
"Do vou love him?"
Jimin raised his head to meet Taehyung's big eyes. He looked at his friend for a few seconds, not sure how he would react if Jimin told him the truth. "Yeah." He finally said and he couldn't help the smile that crept onto his lips as the words left them.
Taehyung smiled back at him and tilted his head slightly.
"Have you told him?"
"Yeah, I have."
"Shit," Taehyung looked at him, the smile on his lips only growing bigger. "my best friend is in love, I didn't think I'd see the day."
"Oh, shut up Tae." Jimin mumbled covered his red cheeks with his hands.
It wasn't like him and Taehyung avoided talking about their emotions, but admitting something so big, something so huge made him feel a little awkward. He hadn't told anyone other than Jungkook how he felt, in a way it had been nice keeping it between them, like a little secret. It wasn't that Jimin didn't want people to know, but these intense feelings he had for his boyfriend scared him. They made him so vulnerable. He had never thought he could feel like this about another person.
Taehyung got up and walked over to the mini fridge on the other side of the room taking out a banana. "You know Jungkook doesn't stop talking about you whenever we hang out." He said as he stuffed the banana in his mouth.
"It's always Jimin this, Jimin that. It's getting kind of boring I'm not going to lie."
Jimin burst out into laughter and Taehyung joined him.
"I swear to god if I have to hear another story about how your favourite flavour of tea reflects your personality perfectly-" Taehyung emphasised the last word and rolled his eyes. "I'm literally going to shove him into a bush on our next run."
Jimin fell over on the bed from laughing so hard. "It can't be that bad." He managed to say when he'd collected himself a little.
Taehyung snorted and took the last bite of his banana before throwing the peal in the trash. "Oh trust me, it is.
I've never seen a person more stupidly in love before." He paused a second and grinned. "Well maybe you."
Jimin grabbed Taehyung's pillow and threw it at him. The black-haired boy ducked and narrowly missed it. He walked back and sat down on Jin's bed. "But seriously though, I'm so fucking happy for you. You deserve this, both of you."
Jimin smiled at his best friend. Hearing that from Taehyung meant the world to him.
"Thanks Tae.
