Chapter Seven

Umejis POV

"Yep I can go! Usually they don't allow me to do anything on school nights like this..." Shin said, with the biggest smile ever. I loved that smile, every time he smiled like that I always get lost in it. The way his hair frames his face and makes him look so beautiful. Its breathtaking.

"Ok let's head to your house to get your stuff ok?

"Ok!" With that we started walking to Shins house. When he knocked on the door, His parents had already packed everything up for him.

"Thanks mom!" Shin smiled.

"No problem sweetie" His mother smiled back. As we walked to my house my and Shin took turns holding the stuff. Once we got to my house.

"Hey Umeji! Oh today's the sleepover night right?" My mom clearly shipped us.

"Mom . . . I jeez" I sighed. She laughed and carried the stuff the rest of the way. Then me and Shin walked to my room to set the stuff up.

"You can sleep on my bed if you'd like" I said, hoping he would hear me.

"Oh it's ok I'll just sleep here" He patted where he had laid out his stuff. But it wasn't aligned with my dress-of-drawers! I quickly when to fix it because it was bugging me. Shin looked really confused as he got up to let me fix it.

"There, it's now aligned with my dress-of-drawers!" I said to myself, not expecting Shin to hear but he did.

"Oh that's why you where fixing it..." He said, curiously. When I realized what I had done I turned into a tomato and apologized to him many times but he just brushed it off. I thought it was a big deal. "I kinda want some cuddles..." I thought to myself. Well Shin would probably think I'm weird if I ask if we can cuddle.

"Is something bothering you?" Shin asked.

"Oh just thoughts"

"Come on you promised me you would tell me if your struggling..." Shin said, very sad.

"I- well I'm not struggling right now." I said, trying to reassure him.

"Come on I can tell somethings on your mind!" Shin said.

"Don't think I'm weird ok?"

"Why would I think you're weird?"

"Because I kinda wanna cuddle..." I whispered. Shin made a shocked but relieved face?

"I love cuddles!" He happily exclaimed. He told me that we HAVE to get our pajamas on or I just won't be the same? I don't know but he changed in the bathroom and I changed in the room.

"There! Now we're cuddled prepared! He said, with a smile on his face. We quickly got on my bed to cuddle the Shin fell asleep. "Aw he's so cute" I thought to myself. I patted his head as I tried to go to bed. He was just so cute all the time how could I don't love him? He has a good personality, good looks, good . . . everything! He  moved so he was practicing hugging me. My face was near his chest, I blushed hard at that fact. I hugged him back. I want expecting for him to be so . . . tiny? Well his waist was small, I bet you any girl would want to have his waist. I pulled myself closer and I was beginning to feel really sleepy so I just feel asleep, in his arms.

*Beep* *Beep* *Beep*

The group chat was going off, so picked up my phone to turn the volume down. That's when I realized. It's 7pm? I wasn't expecting to sleep that long and feel well rested. My mom usually has to go to work at 6 again. She's set up for morning shifts and night shifts. Ok so my mom didn't see us like this phew she would have been jumping up and down out of excitement. I looked up at Shin to see he was awake as well. He was staring at me almost as if he was in a trance.

"Well good morning! Or night? Afternoon?" he said, confused. I yawned in response and pulled him even closer to me to hug him. He laughed at the sudden movement and started to play with my hair. Not gonna lie it did feel really nice. I leaned into his hand, and felt the heat of his hand push against my head. It was so comforting.

"haha do you like head scratches?" He asked me, clearly amused by what my half asleep ass was doing. 

"yea . . . I do" I mumbled. I was so tried I could pass out! I loved Shin so much and I don't know if he likes me back. I'm probably not going to confess to him, I'm afraid I might make it a little complicated. Me and him drift in and out of sleep, then we both fall asleep, cuddling.
