Niki POV:
I can't believe this girl is 15? that's crazy.
It looked like she was sleeping, so I checked in if she was actually asleep. I snapped some fingers in front of her face and slightly moved her a bit. Nothing. He sighed and got the bags that she left on the floor, placing them down on the table where the TV was at.
He carefully then got the dog leash that was wrapped around her hand and slowly unleaded it, placing it down on the floor, allowing the dog to have freedom. He chuckled seeing the dog hop on the edge of the bed and went straight to sleep.
"This dog" he then placed his attention towards Selene. He admired her for a bit. Long eyelashes, beautiful honey skin tone, naturally curly brunette hair, everything about her he liked.
He realized how she is still wearing her mask to sleep,, but still continues to admire the beauty of the girl sleeping. "Your so irrisatable to look at Selene, even at ur eyes. We met the other day but I can't seem to get enough of you already." He caressed her hair, touching the softness of it.
He then carefully picked her up in a bridal style, fixing her position, trying to get her comfortable by placing her in the middle of the bed so she can have more space to sleep comfortably. She moved a bit, making him back up from her. He sighed and sat down on his bed.
"I wonder how hyungs are doing.. Are they alive or not? it's been awhile since I've seen them and I really do miss them" he took out his phone and saw the wallpaper he had before the virus hit.
It was a photo of them on the beach. They are all standing up, arms hugging each other's backs, matching outfits, looking at the sunset beautifully. He may have shed a bit of tears just from looking at it.
He really does miss them.
He then got up and decided to go outside for a bit. He sat down on the porch that was outside the room. He looked at the sunset. The empty and quiet atmosphere sent chills down to his body.
He took out a kool-aid jammer and began drinking it. Still looking at the streets and sunset, he got up and walked to the middle of the streets. He did a slow 360 of the area, having derealization, wondering if everything is actually happening or real. He never imagined this happening to him at such a young age.
He, himself, lost his parents as well. It was just a normal day until his parents decided to go out cause they had to go get something. They asked if he wanted to come along with them, but he hesitated because he wanted to stay home.
He regretted it.
He received some messages and voicemails as well. He opened them, looked through them, listened to them, everything. All that time, he waited almost all day for them to come back home, but never heard the door open and close.
He sighed and looked down at his necklace his mom gave him. She gave it to him so whenever she "dies", he'll never forget her. Every time she would say that, he would always say "Don't ever say that.. Just don't." but now.. He would never take it off. Same goes to his father, but with a bracelet.
He checked his phone for the time "7:00, tch" and began walking back to the room. He opened it quietly, seeing Selene fully comfortable, sleeping like a baby. He quietly snickered and took off his mask, placing it on the nightstand. He then adjusted himself into the blankets, trying to get comfortable from the dog who's at the edge of the bed taking up all the space.
He finally got comfortable "Goodnight Selene and Titó" and with that, he went to sleep.
