Name: To know you.

Book Cover

* The cover seems fair, but it can be better! So far the first 5 chapters I've read in your book don't seem to -have anything relating to the field of flowers you set as your cover.

But if it turns out it does then perhaps you should find a better picture of flowers.

The title should be Bold and clear.

The subtitle should be subtle, and visible written below or beside the main title. You can make the Front of the subtitle in any way you want it.

An example below:

√ Bold Title √ Below is the subtitle subtle and simple √ Then your name on top preferably

The blurb

I gotta be honest, no matter how much I tried I couldn't seem to finish reading your blurb

I gotta be honest, no matter how much I tried I couldn't seem to finish reading your blurb.

That's why a blurb should be short and simple but also catch the eye. Not many readers would have the patience to read the whole blurb

Don't give out too much information! Cause what's the fun in that?

The intro of the book

* In the first chapter, we got to know more about the main character, and a matter they're trying to hide. It's a nice start

The plot: storyline

* In chapters 2-3: The storyline is slowly picking its momentum.

Side note: If your character speaks something in another language that isn't English, it would be nice to translate it for the readers who don't know it. :). This Author did just that!

* Following, Chapters 4-5: So, in these chapters, we get to have a deeper understanding of the characters and their personalities, and let me tell you they have serious issues (and I mean that in a good way) they ain't perfect, they are diverse, interesting in their special way.

For a Christian book, it shows that we are not perfect, we have selfish needs, thoughts, and desires, we still make mistakes, and at the end of the day, we are still humans.

Writing style

* You have a poet-like or surficicated writing style. Soft, calm, and intriguing. Which soothes the genre of your book nicely. So a point goes there.

Overall

A pretty decent faith-based romance book with realistic characters, quite different from the millions of romance novels I've read on this app, at least it wasn't too cliché. However, somehow I always manage to know what comes next in the plot, so that didn't make it as exhilarating as I thought.

⭐⭐⭐ 3 stars!
