KAI'S POV

[VHS Recording Plays: 🔴]

(-the old television branded with Old Antennas Fashioned to work opened up showing a gloomy yet crammed room where a bed and little food supplies were being delivered but in the TV playing a recording of themselves was a person-)

???: . . .

(-he had short frizzy brownish black hair with slightly bushy eyebrows wearing what seems to be the thick coated brown vest that had furls of white fluffs on them wearing high end boots for the snow including the badge of the PRC and the flag of 🇨🇳 in both shoulders his expression was sad yet confused and broken but there was the crest sign it seemed to resemble a Butterfly colored in blue and has one wing torn from the design-)

Kai: ...At that moment, when I have abandoned my partner. I felt utter despair and eternal emptiness from the moment I separated ways.

(-I started talking to the TV with a glum emotionless expression-)

Kai: Leaving him like that even in vain of putting it on his fullest fault.
WASN'T the exact thing I really wanted...

(-I looked at the side of the concrete floors glaring down full of mixed emotions-)

Kai: My parnter was one of the nicest people, who have treated, and profound me as a good person. Even when others were not treating me the same.

Kai: Ever since the beginning when I was surrendered by Japanese forces l, after escaping Northern Taiwan from the PRC.

Kai: I was told to lay myself down, even if I wasn't an enemy and just a fair played innocent prick with a delusional mind...

(-clicks photos of me standing down in my knees surrendering-)

Kai: But of all of the people who were destroying Taiwan back in January 17, 1993... ONLY one man, protest to not kill me.

(-clicks a photo of him the one person I knew inside the Tank with a commander on board-)

Kai: That's when I met him... The one I called, Partner. The day he held off from shooting me and then generously ask the Captain in Battalion 246th Kagura. To take me back on Japan where I can live in an Airbase, I've been cozied up on, Owari Airbase in a grim experience.

Kai: It was beautiful, I had no home, and I was treated as a POW (Prisoner of War) in my jail cell that time. They treated me like an animal in the zoo, most of the time being yelled at, and being called a "PRC Communist Supporter." That all changed when he dropped at the dead of night, Partner talked to me out for all those things that he had to apologize for.

Kai:I never seen somebody this nice to me even before I lost everyone I love back then... It placed a smile to me, after weeks being held as prisoner, he was so nice and he was very kindhearted to even those innocents who were part of an enemy territory.

(-clicking multiple photos of him dropping me good food, talking to me, even enlightening my depression, etc-)

Kai: One day at February 1, 1993. I was released from prison. I came across the holder of the JASDF and its Military talking to me about my release in prison, IF I join their side without needs to execute me.

Kai: I ask though why... He then told me about a certain person who I've been speaking to, and that's when it hits.

Kai: It was Partner, he told me that If I joined him, we would take back Northern Taiwan in time. And said these only words... "To find your peace you must make a new story, and relive it once more." These were the ONLY words that brought me heartstruck. He wanted me to find a new path, a journey by helping me get through the struggles of this messed up war.

(-faces the camera and looked straight into the eyes I looked down once more with a sad emptied expression-)

Kai: But when that happened. Things went the other way, because of me messing up... I grew tired of it, seeing more and more deaths, watching millions of helpless people. From families, children, disabled, homeless, and many more. I couldn't bare keep more of this pain...

(-he looks down and sway his head with no-)

Kai: No good, bad, Hero, or even a Villain was to be held in the story. Not friend or foe, or even the Pride and Power of a Nation's ongoing relationship with the reasons in this war. Because more of this, leaves with nothing but regret and pain. Even the stories said by Lady Blue." She had her own dealt in the power of aggression to end all evil and save the world from achieving true peace.

(-I looked at the camera once more and shook my head tired and weary of the entire messed up war THATS going through different things, and different happenings-)

Kai: But even peace cannot be obliged as a forever living word to express. Because, even the neutral will be affected by this. And as it ends up being overwhelmed by one of the Threee Virtue. The Neutral will become tired, confused, scared, angered seeking different desires to become the EVIL WITHIN.

(-wind blowing through my shady covered eyes as I smiled in a twisted expression-)

Kai: Maybe this is the actual fate that had happened to Me, Hiro, and Chang. The differences we had for each other. THAT'S what war did to all three of us. And now that we are here, we can't turn back time...because its happening now.

(-looks outside the window of my cornered glum room with shakened hands-)

Kai: If you ever find this message, let it be known that this will be our final time speaking to each other. Even when we created two different stories to a World that stretches the Infinite.

(-showing one last smile then ends the recording of the VHS where 10 years later he would find the tape I recorded a decade ago-)
