The car ride back to Tristan and Elliot's house was tense. Tristan practically forced me into the front seat and sat in the back with Atlas. None of us said a word other than Elliot wouldn't shut up about how he was gonna do my hair and makeup. I only really mentioned how it wasn't fair that I had to get all dressed up.
"Well that's just how parties are. Guys just don't try as hard for parties." He said"You say this like you've been to plenty."
"Darling the parties I go to the men dress down."He winked at me. A small blush crept onto my face. That explained alot honestly."Would it be possible for you to drop me off at my place. I can get ready then meet you guys there." Atlas said.
"Oh please hun, you fine." Elliot said.
"I'd rather change my clothes into something more appropriate for the occasion." He laughed.
I turned to look at him. He was wearing black jeans with rips in them and a white t-shirt. You wouldn't be able to tell he was rich looking at him. Analyzing his outfit I noticed the rings on his fingers, the viens on his hands. I could almost feel the metal pressed into my skin again.
"Y/n?" Atlas asked "you ok?"
"I'm fine... I was just looking at your outfit. I think you look... I think you look good." I said quietly turning back to face the front.Elliot ended up dropping Atlas off at his house. You could tell both Tristan and Elliot thought we were in the wrong neighborhood. I slammed my head against a brick wall internally. He couldn't have given them a different address then walked home. They were both gawking at his house until he waved us goodbye and gave me a quick wink.
Back at the twos house Elliot put my hair up into a messy curly bun. He applied f/c eyeshadow and black eyeliner. A small amount of blush. He started giggling and going giddy when he pulled out the diamond stickers. One at a time placing the diamonds around the circumference of the eyeshadow.
Tristan sat waiting in the living room for god knows how long until I was pushed out of the room.
"Elliot this is too much." I said digging my feet into the floor.
"You- look- amazing" he said through grunts while trying to push me out of his room. I finally fell forward stumbling in front of Tristan who sat there with a dumbfounded look on his face. He didnt say anything just stared."See Elliot, I look awful." I said wrapping my arms back around my torso and walking back into his room. Tristan caught my hand and pulled me back.
"You.. you look amazing y/n. You look, you look stunning." He said with bewilderment in his voice. I didn't know what to say. The words he was saying were everything I ever wanted to hear from him. Well, almost everything. I couldn't help but get lost in his eyes. His hand moved to cup my face.
"So beautiful.""GAG Save it for when you're drunk. I don't wanna see this." Elliot said grabbing the two of us and pushing us into the car yet again.
The sky was turning night and we followed the directions Atlas gave us to get there. We pulled into the parking garage curious if we were at the right place. It was about a 40 floor building and as soon as we parked I felt my phone go off.
