Jeongguk glanced at the digital clock seated on his desk, waiting for his secretary to step inside. Two days had gone past and that meant there was two days until their meeting with the client.

However, he wasn't exactly happy. He was expecting to walk into the office to a contract laid out on the desk ready to be reviewed. Taehyung was also running late which irked him slightly, so he picked up his phone with furrowed eyebrows.

jk
Where are you?

Mr. Kim (secretary)
I'm really sorry boss but my bus broke down rn I'm gonna be really late 😕

jk
Alright. What's happening with the contract? I'd like to review it.

Mr. Kim (secretary)
I'll email it to you now

Taehyung nervously opened up his laptop on the bus, glancing up to see the bus driver sorting the issue out. His eyes could barely adjust since he decided to stay up writing the second half of the contract by himself.

Before he sent it though, he opened it up and then began to read through his emails with a tired frown.

to: Mr. Lee
Hi, can you please try to write the financial matters in the contract? Mr. Jeon would review this soon and there isn't anything ready to be presented, you're slowing the process.

Thank you.

From: Mr. Lee
Afternoon, sorry but like Miss Smith had said, we are all going to a business trip with our departments so we can't write this contract. He was aware of this and will understand that we can't write it. If you write it, it'll help.

Taehyung had done exactly that. After emailing them to review what he had wrote and to try add onto it, he was met by either no replies or little to no advice. One email stuck to him though, it repeated in his head the two days he had stayed up writing.

from: Miss Lee.
That's good enough for your age, just next time stop bothering us about it when I clearly explained to you we're busy with the business trip. If you applied to this job, you should be able to do this kind of stuff without an issue — unless you're inexperienced and therefore quite useless for this job. I'd reconsider if I were you.

Taehyung couldn't stop reading it. His eyes scanned the text again and again until even when he looked up he could see the woman saying the words directly to him. He forced his eyes back onto the email he was writing to Jeongguk and sent it.

To stop any further anxiety, he slammed the laptop shut and stared out of the moving bus with a dull expression.

Looks quite short? Jeongguk scrolled through the pages before going back to the top and reading it. He was satisfied with the first half, but as he began to read more into it, a frown began to settle onto his face.

It was poorly written, as if a beginner had wrote it rather than his experienced employees. There weren't any grammatical errors, but instead it lacked depth and some basics.

He sighed and picked up the telephone at his desk and began to dial numbers, "Hello? Can you come to my office immediately?" Jeongguk slammed the phone down three other times for each person he called.

A few minutes later, the four arrived in his office with nervous faces and whispering something to each other.

"Morning Mr. Jeon," They anxiously greeted the man who stood up.
