"It's looks fine!" Jeongguk laughed as held onto Taehyung's hands that kept trying to cover his hair.

"I look like a cherry!"

"So what? It's cute," Jeongguk ruffled his hair, loving how it was silkier than before due to the hair dye contents.

"This is never gonna get out, I want my old hair back but it's gonna cost a fortune," Taehyung whined, placing his head against Jeongguk's chest for comfort, "I can't go into work today, I'm get so many stares,"

"If you keep it for a month, I'll pay when you get rid of it," Jeongguk offered to the boy who let out a hesitant sigh and then nod, "Are you ready to go now?" He asked the boy who reluctantly nodded.

The two made their way over to Jeongguk's car, and Taehyung was hit by the realisation that it had been a week already since Jeongguk had been staying with him. He didn't want the man to go back, he was far too used to staying with him.

"Are you going to go back to staying your apartment now?" Taehyung asked the man who nodded whilst driving, "Why? Can you stay forever? Please!"

"No," Jeongguk laughed, "I have so many important things there, like documents and I'm also paying a fortune for the place, I can't leave it,"

"Oh so I'm not important?"

Jeongguk's eye's widened, "What?! No of course you are, that wasn't what I was saying-"

"No, it's fine, I understand where I stand in your life now," Taehyung huffed dramatically and looked away from Jeongguk who cupped his face with one hand and turned his face back around.

"I'll stay for another week," Jeongguk stated and let go when Taehyung gave a mere hum of agreement.

They eventually arrived at the office, as expected all eyes were on Taehyung who hid behind Jeongguk shyly. The elder cooed at that and didn't hesitate to caress his back as they walked into their office.

"Ah right, my old friend Minhyuk will be coming soon, we're going to be celebrating that the orphanage plans got approved," Jeongguk casually spoke not realising that he hadn't told Taehyung yet.

"Wait what?! Since when?! Congratulations!" Taehyung gasped, too happy to even be upset that he was the last person to find out.

"A few days ago, I forgot to tell you because I was too caught up on things," Jeongguk smiled at the boy who gave him a tight hug. He melted at the touch and he let every nerve unfold, jeongguk wanted the hug to last forever.

But, Taehyung pulled away when knocking was heard from his door and it shortly opened to reveal an unfamiliar man and the receptionist who personally escorted the man.

"Minhyuk," Jeongguk greeted the man with a handshake and the other did too, patting his arm after.

"Morning, and this must be your secretary you told me about? Taehyung is it?" Minhyuk smiled at Taehyung who shyly returned it and nodded.

Jeongguk stared at him fondly, and then turned his head to the door where an employee stepped forward.

"Mr. Kim, we have an issue downstairs- a protester wants to speak to you," She informed the boy who nodded and followed her out after whispering a small goodbye.

"He's a busy one," Minhyuk spoke when the door shut behind and he turned back to the worried Jeongguk, "What's wrong?"

"He's always getting hurt, I feel bad for hiring him because it's like I'm dragging him into mess," Jeongguk spoke as they walked over to the couch and took a seat opposite each other.

"It'll settle down, things don't just fix themselves overnight,"

"I know, but I hate seeing him upset or hurt," Jeongguk clasped his hands together and shook his head, "Makes me not want to have this company open,"
