The Team Fight

Third Person POV

All the genin that have won in the exams were standing together ready for the final part of the exam.

Shikamaru was originally scheduled to fight Dosu Kinuta in the first round of the finals. However, Dosu was killed before the finals take place, so Shikamaru and Hinata were matched from the beginning. Shikamaru was smart but Hinata was alot more powerful and she ended up winning due to the nara forfeiting for not having enough Chakra to continue the fight.

Kankuro's match was with Shino Aburame and the former showed great strength feats but the latter ended up a winner.

After that, came Sasuke vs Gaara. Gaara was easily winning using his sand attacks until Sasuke showed the chidori and used it to slash through Gaara's defence, hurting him.

Gaara seemed to panic, but once he was about to lash at the uchiha, he felt his tailed beast talking to him.

"Calm down, brat. Naruto wouldn't want you hurt, especially if you lose control." The bijuu spoke.

Gaara tensed slightly before he gave up. He looked at Naruto and saw the Uzumaki giving him a smile.

After that was Naruto's fight against Temari.

"So you're the Naruto guy that helped my brother. Thank you for that." The girl spoke.

"It's no big deal, now why don't we make this quick?" Naruto asked.

The girl smirked, getting her iron fan out. Naruto smiled at her before getting his sword out.

"A fan against a fan." Naruto spoke, the sword split in two before a fan nearly as big as Temari's appeared.

The girl smirked at the scenery before rushing towards him to slash him. He blocked it and kicked her back.

She smiled slightly before sending a wind attack only for Naruto to block it with his own.

In a flash, he appeared behind her and kicked her only for the girl to block it. It still sent her a few meters away.

Naruto jumped to punch her, and she dodged, the ground under the teen shattered to pieces.

"What the heck!" The girl asked

Naruto smirked before activating his rinnegan. He raised his hand, and the girl was blown out the arena.

She fell to the ground and tried getting up but couldn't as Naruto appeared beside her with w kunai to her neck.

Three more clones surrounded her, each with a kunai, and the girl raised her hands.

"I give up." She spoke, Naruto smiled.

"Naruto Uzumaki is the winner!"

After that came Sasuke vs. Shino. Shino was winning for most of the fight as he was utilizing his insects to the fullest, but he ended up losing after Sasuke gave him a fatal injury using his Chidori.

Naruto didn't wait for Sasuke to be deemed a winner before he teleported next to him.

He scoffed at Sasuke before rushing next to Shino.

"Bite me, Shino, it'll heal you." Naruto ordered.

The boy didn't wait a second before following the orders, the injury in his chest healing almost immediately and his Chakra slowly refilling.

"Let's take you to your team." Naruto spoke.

He teleported away, leaving an Uchiha glaring at the place he was previously in.

A few minutes later, the 3 members of team 7 were all standing together in the centre of the arena.

"Now that there are only 3 remaining, the finals will be held between this team. The one left standing will be the winner." The hokage spoke.

"Well, it looks like we won't be together this time." Naruto said with a smile.

Hinata and Sasuke both nodded and got ready to start the battle. Both ran at Naruto, and the latter dodged both before jumping back.

Sasuke appeared next to him in a second and got a chidori ready, Naruto was about to dodge it when hinata appeared befind him.

He threw a few kunai and started teleporting between them to confuse the two.

Sasuke found where he was teleporting using his sharingan and rushed at him with his chidori still in hand.

Naruto smirked before jumping back and making a Rasengan, shocking everyone in the arena.

He clashed with Sasuke, and the uchiha thought he was about to win when Naruto activated his rinnegan, shocking the black haired teen.

He raised his hand, and Sasuke was blown back. Naruto felt a chakra signal, but before he could react, hinata blocked 2 of his Chakra tenketsu, causing him to fall to the ground.

"Good one, hinata, but that won't be enough to stop me." Naruto said with a smirk.

Some red Chakra appeared around him, and his eyes turned red with skirted pupils. The ground around him started to shatter.

"That's... The one tails Chakra." Gaara mumbled, staring in awe.

Naruto felt anger inside him but had no idea why that was. He smirked before standing up as if nothing had happened.

"Blocking a jinchuriki's tenketsu is pointless, Hinata-Chan." Naruto giggled.

He appeared behind her and held a kunai to her head. The kunai was then surrounded by lightning threatening the girl.

"I know Natuto-kun, but remember what you taught me? A shinobi should never give up." Hinata said with a smirk.

She was about to punch him in the stomach to try and block his Chakra, but he stopped her hand with his.

"Really Hinata? You know that was nothing." Naruto said with a smile.

"I know, wasn't trying to do that to begin with." Hinata shot back.

Naruto sensed a chakra signal behind him, and his chains appeared from his back, binding the Uchiha trying to stop him.

There he was with a kunai to one's neck and with chains around the other.

"Stop toying with us, Uzumaki! Show me your true strength, and don't you dare look down on me." Sasuke, who was barely standing due to his Chakra, spat.

Naruto sighed before turning to look at him. He rushed at him and punched him in the stomach.

The boy fell to the ground unconscious, Naruto turned at hinata and smiled.

"You're amazing, Hinata. But you still haven't reached anywhere near your true strength." Naruto mumbled with a smile.

He rushed at her and tried to punch her, but she blocked it. She turned back into the offensive, attacking him left and right only for him to block all of them while also attacking her back.

Nearly half an hour passed with Naruto attacking her and her just blocking or dodging them.

'She has unordinary amounts of Chakra for a Hyuga... could she be!' Naruto thought activating his rinnegan.

He rushed at her and smiled before blowing her outside the arena knocked out.

"And the winner of the Chunin exams is NARUTO UZUMAKI!"

The crowd remained silent for a moment before erupting in chaos, cheering loud enough that their sound could be heard in the entire village.

Naruto smiled at everyone before taking both his teammates in his arms to heal them.
