THIRD PERSON POV- FLOWER PATCH

Marcy tapper her fingers on the box and opened it. The gems had shrunk overnight.

"That's not good." She muttered.

She turned to Anne, Sasha and the Plantars. "This is our last goodbye."

Hop Pop's eyes watered. "Bye, Anne." he wished she didn't have to leave, but they only had so much time.

Anne group hugged Sprig, Polly and Hopediah, all three trying to hold back tears.

Though, all of them failed.

Marcy frowned, tracing her scar. Sure, Amphibia had scarred her, emotionally and physically, but she still cherished every moment.

All three of them had some sort of scar, but they didn't bother to care.

"Sorry, Anne. I wouldn't have thought we didn't have much time." Marcy carefully took her hand off her chest.

She wished Olivia and Yunan were here, and she bet Sasha wished Grime were there.

But, the world was pretty hard on them.

At least Anne was here with them.

Anne reluctantly pulled away from the frogs and went over to Jill and Hoyne.

Marcy turned back to Sasha, who had her hands on her chest.

"Are you alright, Sasha?" She asked.

"Yeah, kind of. We'll be fine."

They had left notes to Olivia, Grime and Yunan to say their goodbyes.

"Bye, Joe Sparrow." She rubbed against the huge bird.

"Can you deliver these to Newtopia?" She asked, handing over the scrolls.

Joe Sparrow nodded and flew off.

The portal shrunk slightly behind Marcy.

"We have to go, Anne."

Anne nodded, wiping tears from her face and pulling back up from Jill and Hoyne.

"Anne, I need to ask something." Marcy blurted out.

"Go on," Anne gestured.

"Are you sure you forgive me?"

"What do you mean?" She asked, walking closer.

"For sending you here, for spilling the news, for making you leave so early..." Marcy trailed off.

"Yes! Are you still worried about that?" Anne questioned.

"Yeah..." Marcy replied honestly.

"Don't be. It's really alright!" She encouraged.

"Are you sure?" Marcy asked again.

Anne moved closer and closed the gap between them.

As all of their kisses were, it was soft and just outstanding in general.

Anne's hand gently gripped Marcy's face, pressing deeper.

Marcy smiled and strapped her arms around her waist.

Anne's heart rushed. Their lips made for a perfect combination; it was just incredible beyond words.

Marcy mouthed 'I love you,' during the kiss, Anne taking notice of this and smiling back.

They soon pulled away, interlocking their hands.

"Does that prove I forgive you?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
