The party had started for about an hour now. People kept coming, it felt like every person in Outer Banks knew about this party.

The party wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was mainly hanging out with Rafe, Topper, Kelce, Sarah and Harlan. Harlan is my Kook best friend. I used to have a crush on him like ages ago but then I found out he was gay... embarrassing for me.

I already had a couple of beers and felt the alcohol run through my veins. I was on Rafe's lap, snuggling up to him.

"We should like... play a game... with everyone." I spoke, slurring my words.

Rafe planted kisses all over my neck which made me giggle. "What games are you thinking of?"

I tried sitting up a bit but lost my balance almost immediately. "Like... truth or dare, spin the bottle, never have I ever.."

Harlan played around with his cup. "Elementary school games? Sure."

Rafe had his hands on my hips trying to keep me steady. "Everyone? Pogues too?"

I nodded with a smile on my face. "Yeah!!"

Within minutes everyone that wanted to play had gathered near the swimming pool. About 20 people had decided to play with us, others were either passed out, hooking up or too busy doing drugs.

To my surprise the Pogues also decided to join the game, including JJ.

I was hoping JJ would keep his promise about staying away from Rafe. These two definitely have some shit going on that no one can explain. And of course I'm the lucky person in a relationship with one and with the other in some sort of situationship.

We all took a vote and decided to play Never Have I Ever. It took a while to decide but then again we all knew that with spin the bottle it would only cause make outs and with truth or dare people would also just make people kiss.

We all got a number and were all allowed to come up with a Never Have I Ever question thingy.

"Never Have I Ever done drugs." Kelce started.

Almost everyone took a shot. That was an easy starter one.

The following statements became harder and more private causing drama. People loved it, some of these were definitely planned.

"Never Have I Ever slept with Anastasia Marshall." Rafe said proudly as he downed a shot.

I felt my heart drop as I stared at JJ who was also looking at me. Rafe probably thought he was the only one here and didn't even know about me and JJ.

JJ cleared his throat and took the shot. "Cheers."

Rafe his head turned to me as he leaned towards me. "What?" He whispered rather angry.

"It was nothing— it was before we dated. I was so drunk I don't even remember." I explained, stuttering. I remembered absolutely everything cause I was sober.

Rafe nodded, just nodded.

The game went on but I could see Rafe and JJ constantly looking at each other.

When I said I liked the tension I for sure didn't mean this. They looked like they were going to rip each other's heads of if they got the chance.

I attempted to distract Rafe by moving more on top of him and pressed my lips against his, tasting the strong alcohol as he kissed me back.
