Chapter four

Third pov
"That's about it" Alice finished her long explanation. "It's crazy, it's fucking crazy" Cyrus repeated in Denyle "it is but it's the truth," Harlan said "okay so you two are werewolves, which are real apparently, you are from another world and we three are so-called mates, yeah why should I doubt it, because this one sounds oh so natural and believable," Cyrus said the last part sarcastically "well I can show you my face" Alice flashed her eyes her canines came up her fingers turned into claws and her ears became more pointy. "Fuck" Cyrus whispered, "okay I believe you now but fuck it's like I'm just  high and my imagination plays with me. Maybe that's it "  "you're not high it's all right I understand it's hard" suddenly the phone buzzed. Harlan took it "the fuck" he turned the phone to his mates the number was hidden. "Wait Everett said that someone called him what if " Alice started but then her phone rang. She looked at the phone for a few seconds and answered it putting it on speaker. "You are in danger, get out of there. It hunts and kills every night. You're not safe after sunset." the voice said. "Who the fuck are you," Harlan asked but three of them could hear beeps from the phone. The person hung up. Alice got up and looked through the window. There was no one. "We need to get out of here," she said the three of them went outside and got into the car.
Harlan's phone buzzed again "it's Luna, please read, " he asked handing over his phone to Alice "where are you" "something's happening" the girl read. Harlan parked his car near Cyrus's house "you sure you'll be okay" Cyrus asked "yeah" the teens answered "that's my number call if anything" Alice said putting her number in the boy's phone and they drove off. It was already dark the full moon was up in the sky.

The monitor peeping sounds were heard in the hospital room when the phone buzzed  " Why aren't you running?" the voice was heard from the phone " Who is this?" Connor asked " You're going to have to run." the voice said " What? Why? I can't. " Connor got up from the hospital bed "They took your crutches, didn't they?" Connor stood up with a wince and went to the glass " They don't want you going anywhere. Look out the door, Connor."  The boy looked "They're going to sedate you again. They may even restrain you this time. If they do that, you're never gonna survive. It can smell your blood, Connor. It can follow the scent for miles. Run, Connor. Run or you're gonna die. " Connor became scared. He got out of the room and looked around when nobody was looking he left the room but you won't go far with only one working leg.

Everett and Blake left the motel. "We need to talk to Harlan and Luna." Everett said, " They don't give a fսck about us." Blake answered "okay what about Alice she is the one who seems to know the most about this things that happen to us "Everett looked at Blake "I don't know what's happening to us." Blake said  "But... but you feel it, right? It's like there's... there's something underneath my skin." " Does it hurt?" Blake looked at The boy "No. Does it hurt for you? " "Mm, no. I feel fine, actually." Blake said  "It feels good." Everett said what they both had in mind " Different. I was gonna say different. " "How often do you feel good? " "Never. So this is different. "  the teenagers stopped walking "Yeah, I guess. Why are you looking at me like that?" " Like what?" Everett was confused " You're staring. " "I'm not..... " OK, maybe I am. I don't know. It's not easy to not look at you." he said but corrected himself quickly  "That didn't sound right. It's hard to look at you... Let me finish... because... you look perfect." Everett finished " You mean my... my skin. " the boy chuckled " It's more than that. " "What do you mean?" now it was Blake's time to be confused. Everett came closer to the girl he put his hands on her face and was about to kiss her but than stopped "I'm sorry. I... I didn't mean to do that. " he said embarrassed "What were you gonna do?" the boy didn't answer that. The phone buzzed  "Connor?" "Third floor. But I... but I think it knows where I am." the boy on the phone sounded scared,  "Why are you whispering? " Everett asked  "Because there's something here." " OK, where exactly are you right now?" Everett asked and put the phone on speaker  "Third floor. I'm hiding. But I think it knows where I am." Connor whispered " OK, listen to me." "It wasn't a coyote." " I know."  "It wasn't a fսcking mountain lion." " I know." " It's trying to find me. It's trying to kill me. " "Blake! Blake!" suddenly Blake's father called " Oh, shit. I'll be right back." Blake turned to Everett " We're going. Go." "ok, ok"

Connor was scared he tried to run but his leg was slowing him down. The growl was heard. The boy saw the shadow of a big figure. Suddenly the door was broken and the monster. Growled again. Connor ran into the room and went downstairs with a groan. "Ah, ah" his leg hurt but the fear was greater. He opened the door but heard the growl. The boy looked back and a big wolf-kind creature was standing right behind him.

Luna entered the hospital room and looked for her brother. Harlan was standing at the reception with Alice "Briggs. Garrett Briggs. He should be here by now." he said to a doctor. Luna and Alice looked around there were dozen of injured people there and the memories of Darak and a lot of injured people in Beacon Hills overtook Alice.  Teen wolf heard Blake and Everett " I'll check the third floor, you check outside? " Blake said "Yeah, if I find him, I'll call you." than Everett remembered that the girl didn't have a phone " fսck. OK. If I find him, I'll find you"  Alice looked at the twins and whispered "something is going on Everett and Blake are here, I will go and check on them" Harlan looked at her "you'll be fine right" "I'll be okay" the girl said. She kissed Harlan and left. Luna looked at his brother with a raised brow "what"  "nothing".

Connor ran outside he went up to the gates "come on" the the gate didn't even budge.  He tried to go through the bars but his injured leg got stuck.  "Ahh come on " he cried out he was terrified. The boy started to peel off the bandage. When he heard a low growl he looked around alarmed and continued to try and free himself. Connor looked around and found a stone, he took it and hit his injured leg with it in hopes the bandage would brake and he will be able to set himself free. "Aah," he screamed in pain. He did it a few times making much noise. He laid back and screamed the poor boy was in pain and fear didn't make it any better. He freed his leg but it was too late the the creature was right behind him. The boy already said goodbyes to everyone in his head knowing that he will die when the monster jumped at him.
It was too late the boy was gone Alice only could smell his fear and blood all around the place. The only thing that was left of him was his bandage.
She left the place and went back to the twins.
The doctors took the man to the hospital room. "He will be all right, " Alice said putting her hands on the twins' shoulders both of them put their heads on her hands when suddenly the cops came
"Harlan and Elizabeth Briggs?" the teens looked back at the cop  " It's Luna." the girl said  " We're gonna need the three of you to come with us to answer a few questions." the cop said empathizing with the word three. Letting them know that he wanted to talk to Alice too even though he didn't know the name of the girl " They just brought our dad in." Harlan protested " We know, but we've still got questions." they looked at each other "are we in some kind of trouble officer," Alice asked "No we just need to ask you some questions, you aren't under arrest"
