Third pov
The group was sitting in the car. Harlan Alice and Cyrus we're in the back. The boys played with Alice's hands while their heads were on her shoulder.
"But then the bite healed and so did hers, except Connor's didn't look the same and it didn't heal." Everett explained, " Who's Connor?" Garrett asked  "My friend. He called me from the hospital and said something was trying to kill him just like the voice on the phone told us."Everett continued " And now nobody can find him. " "You have no idea who called you? " Garrett asked "He knew my name. Told me to leave the hospital. He said it was gonna try and kill me before the next full moon." "Um, where are we going?" Blake asked, "You're coming back with us." Luna answered  "I have to get back to the motel. " "We have to talk first. I'll take you both wherever you need to go, but I need to hear the whole story. Whatever the two of you saw on the highway, whatever bit you... came after me too." Garrett said
"Did you see it?" Harlan, asked "I don't know what I saw. Something hit the truck and I ran." "That's what pushed you over the fire line. " Luna looked at his father "Was it... him?  Was it our real father?" Harlan asked in a few minutes the car stopped and the group entered the house. Garrett motioned his son to close the door while he checked the window. "You know, we have questions too."  Everett asked " I wish I had the answers. " Garett looked at the boy "To be honest, we don't know much more about this than you." He added " Well, what about them? Haven't they been, like... " Blake stopped herself "You can say it." " I'm not saying it." " You're gonna have to say it eventually. " Harlan said keeping himself close to his mates not wanting to live their side. " You're like us now." Luna said  " I'm definitely not like you. " Blake scoffed. "W-what does that monster want from us" suddenly it hit Alice "A pack" everyone turned to her "what?" Garrett asked "a pack he wants a pack. For an Alpha, a pack is very important. It's a family but I don't think he sees you as a family but more of a power resource. " Alice stopped for a second thinking one thing that she didn't want to say " if you anger him or get on his nerves he will just get rid of you and make a new set of betas" Alice finished  "How would you know," Harlan asked "this whole situation is too damn familiar, that what happened in the end. Plus it's a full moon do you know what happens to a werewolf on a full moon, we get stronger, our senses are heightened we get angrier matter of fact werewolves spend most of their energy and power to stay in the right state of mind, I don't think he does that" Alice finished "why doesn't the full moon affect us" Blake asked thinking about what has Alice said "I don't know I really don't. the first full moon is always the hardest, especially for the bitten ones. I don't know maybe because you are different werewolves or you're not fully turned yet" "you seem to know a lot" Garrett came closer to the girl "I've been longer in this" "you're not from here not from this town " "I can tell you more not from this world either. It's amh a long story" Alice finished "okay I need to talk to these two alone" Garett said looking at the twins. The three of them left the room. Alice took cyrus's hand and led him toward Harlan's room.

Alice answered  " You didn't really slash her tires, did you?" Cyrus asked " How could she? She's been here the whole time." Everett defended Blake. The girl looked at him. The talk that she had with Alice beforehand repeated in her head. " Does anyone have Phoebe's address?" Garrett asked " I do." Harlan took his phone " Text me."  "Okay. " Luna looked at him "Don't ask."  "You slept with her boyfriend in her own house?" " He said don't ask." Alice and Cyrus said at the same time " Now, Everett, Blake, I want you two to call your parents and tell them you're staying with us tonight." Garrett told the newly bitten teens " But... I'm grounded." " I'm supposed to watch my brother." they protested " Okay. Then give me 20 minutes. Just gotta check if this girl's okay. " Garrett said "Lock everything behind me." the man took his bag and a gun and opened the door " What about Connor? What about us?" " 20 minutes. " Mr Briggs left.
"Sorry, but I have another question. The voice on the phone said it had to kill us before the next full moon. Does that mean we're okay now? Is it supposed to kill us before the full moon, during the full moon, or when the sun rises? " Everett rembled  "How are we supposed to know?" Harlan asked looking at the boy " Because you're... " Everett started but was cut of by Harlan "Twins?" " Our senses are turned up during the full moon. In the morning, we're back to normal." Luna explained pretty similar to what had Alice explained about werewolves on the full moon earlier. " So we're not safe yet? We've still got the rest of the night? To die." Everett breathed out. Alice came up to the boy and put her hand on his shoulders "nobody is going to die today Everett" "how would you know" "I won't allow it" the boy looked at her and nodded.  "Now we all need to lock all the doors and windows and try  to relax a little and not think about it before Mr. Briggs returns" she said and everyone did as they were told.  No one could explain it but in the presence of the Mccall girl, everyone felt safer than without her.

Harlan smirked at his sister's words "Wait, so is it like we each have one ability?" Everett said " I don't get it. When we were with the cops you could hear like me" Harlan was confused "Maybe it's like when we're together we sync up."  "It's because we're connected. We're a pack." Luna said " Enough of the pack shit, Luna." Harlan was getting annoyed "wait so when you are together you make one functional werewolf?" Alice asked "what about you, what can you do except your face and eyes," Everett asked, "everything above said plus I can take physical pain, I can see or take memories with my claws and healing factor"Alice explained "yeah you won" Blake said jokingly. The girl chuckled  "Can you two still hear like me?" Harlan asked " Wait, let me try something. " Everett took his phone and put hight frequency tone " I put on a high-frequency tone." he said "yeah I know hunters use it Everett for the love of whatever is out there turn it off" Alice said with a groan " I don't hear anything.
