When Ashley woke, she was delightfully sore from the night she shared with the two. She bit her lip, smiling at the memories of last night. She had given up control to them, fully and completely. It felt like things were falling together. She felt Connor stir behind her and shifted slightly so she was facing him. Careful not to wake a snoring Murphy. "Mornin' sweetheart." He smiled as he ran his hand over her hair and kissed her forehead. "Good morning." She reached under the covers and lightly ran her hand up his arm.

A cheeky grin grew on his face "I 'ave a question." She narrowed her eyes at him."Okay." She said hesitantly. "Las' nigh', ye seemed...hesitant about me lickin yer-" "yeah." She cut him off with a smile, knowing what he was getting at. "Well, have ye ever done anythin like tha?" He seemed hesitant to ask, not sure if it was because she was just getting used to everything again or if she just hadn't done anything like that.

She smiled at him and shook her head "I've never...." Connor smirked, "would ye want ta?" She bit her lip, holding back her smirk. She was distracted from the conversation when she felt lips on her shoulder, not even feeling Murphy shift in the bed until he had kissed her. "Mornin' love." She turned her head and kissed him, just a small peck before she turned in her back to see both brothers.

Murphy littered her shoulder with more light kisses. "Ye. Ready. Fer. Our. Date. Today?" He asked between kisses. "Today?" She questioned, she knew he was planning something but he hadn't told her when. "Aye," he glanced at the clock. "We should get goin soon." She looked up at the clock, it was already 11:30. Last night, between the drinking and the mind-blowing sex they all must have been pretty worn out.

"What are we doing?" She asked, excited to see what he had planned. He shook his head, bringing his hand up and lightly poking her nose. "It's a surprise. Dress warm." She narrowed her eyes at him. "Okay, well I should shower then." She said as she turned, straddling Connor. She kissed him before rolling off him "don't have too much fun without us today." She smiled at him as she strutted over to the shower.

Both boys watched her ass sway as she made her way to the shower. Once she pulled the curtain back, Murphy jumped out of bed, practically tripping over himself to get to her. He pulled the curtains back as she was lathering herself up. "Wanna save on water love?" He asked with a huge dopey smile on his face. She laughed "I thought we had to leave soon." Murphy shrugged, stepping into the shower and pulling the curtain back into place. "We got time." He said as he kissed her.

Connor heard the laughing and moaning coming from the shower and knew he wasn't getting back to sleep. He yawned and stretched, got dressed, and walked over to the stove to start breakfast. He couldn't make much but he had learned how to make French toast, so that's what he made.

When the two finally came up for breath, they dried off and got dressed. Connor had finished cooking and they sat for breakfast. She didn't let up the whole time asking what he had planned, Murphy just shook his head and ate the whole time.

Once she was done she did her hair, two braids on either side of her head connecting at the back of her head over her flowing black hair. She put on a knitted white scarf that Annabelle had made and sent to her. She threw on her jacket and turned to Murphy "warm enough for this mystery date?" He smiled as he looked her up and down. "Yeah, should be good. Don't forget gloves." She reached into her pocket and pulled out a pair of gloves and a hat, showing him she was prepared.

"Love you, Connor, see you later." She beamed as she kissed his cheek and skipped to the door, hearing a chuckle come from Connor. Murphy waved goodbye and followed her out the door.

By the time they had taken two buses, they reached their destination. It was the park by the museum, the bus had let them off near the entrance that Murphy had hoped and when they walked through the brick archway she spotted what she thought he had planned. A huge seasonal rink was set up in the corner of the park. At least a hundred people skating, families, couples, she was beaming as they neared the stand where you could rent skates.

"Can ye skate love?" Ashley rolled her eyes. "Can I skate? I'm from Canada, we can all skate in Canada." She laughed. "Can you? I don't think Ireland has many rinks." Murphy laughed "yeah, I can skate. I learned when we moved 'ere. Connor can't so we don't do it much." He shrugged as he dug in his pockets for the money for the rental skates.

Within twenty minutes they had their skates on the ice, Murphy's legs were wobbly as he held the side of the rink. "Just gotta get tha hung of it again." He said with his face contorted in concentration. "Here." She reached out to him for him to take her hand. She giggled as he got his footing, eventually remembering how to do it. They skated together, laughing as each had their falls, landing on their butts while the other struggled to help them up.

It had been two hours of skating when Murphy suggested stopping for a snack at the park's restaurant. It wasn't really a restaurant, more of a lavish concession stand. It was inside, which was nice to warm up to. They got a huge serving of fries and shared them as Ashley watched the skaters outside of the restaurant. Murphy was only focused on her. He didn't know what he had done to deserve her, she turned back to see him staring at her. "What?" She asked with a smile. He shook his head "yer tha love of me life m'girl. I just don't know how I got so damn lucky."

She bit her lip and reached across the table to hold his hand. "I love you so much Murphy, thank you for everything lately. I know I've been kind of..." She couldn't find the words, but Murphy had cut her off anyway. "No love, ye were gettin right, I'm just happy yer feelin comfortable wit us again." She squeezed his hand. "It was never about being uncomfortable with you two. You've never made me feel anything but safe, loved, and cared for, I just had to get through my own shit. Thank you for sticking around while I figured it out." Murphy reached out, caressing her face. "I'd follow ye through hell love. Come on, let's go." He stood up, throwing out the take-out plate and holding her hand, pulling her into the chilly evening air.

It was just starting to get dark as they walked the park, near the rink, there was a coffee cart where they stopped and got hot chocolate. "Extra marshmallows please." Ashley smiled as she stood behind Murphy. When Murphy handed her the hot chocolate he paused before grabbing her hand and rubbing his thumb over the top of it.

"Con tol' me about what ye and Rachel used to do. How ye used ta walk the park with the lights." He gestured to the park, where in the distance she could see light displays. She turned back to him with a smile. "We don' have ta if it's too hard, or if ye wanna keep tha a thing fer ye two." She ran her hand over his cheek and kissed him hard and passionately, this time with so much emotion behind it, it took Murphy back a little at first before he kissed her back.

When she pulled away he saw the tears in her eyes. "Oh, love! I'm sorry, we don' have ta." She shook her head with a smile. "No, I want to. These are happy tears." She chuckled. "I love you so much, Murphy."

"I love ye too m'girl." He kissed her again, just a light peck before he led her to the other side of the park. Festive lights littered the park, lighted statues, and moving displays. The smile didn't leave her face the whole time. She told stories to Murphy of her and Rachel, their favorite displays as children, and how some of the ones here reminded her of them.

After they were done looking at all the lights Ashley and Murphy walked back to the bus stop. As they sat on the bus home Ashley rested her head on Murphy's shoulder, loving the thought that went into today. They got off the bus and made their way to the apartment in the elevator they shared a slow and deep kiss as they soaked each other up. They got off the elevator and walked to the door, Murphy stopping her before she could enter.

"Now I know ye and Rachel use ta go ta tha little pizza place after tha lights." Ashley nodded, wondering where this was going. He opened the door and saw Connor with two big pizzas on the coffee table and all their blankets piled in front of the TV. "Figured we could all sit tagether, ye could tell Connor all about yer favorite lights."

The tears flowed as she looked back to Murphy. He furrowed his eyebrows hating to see her cry. He held both sides of her face in his hands and wiped away the tears on her cheeks "happy tears?" She bit her lip and nodded. He helped her take her coat and scarf off, she turned to Connor "you knew about all this?" Connor scoffed. "Ye think tha wee gobshite could put dis tagether himself?"

"Aw fuck off. I did mosta tha plannin'." Ashley giggled as she sat beside Connor, Murphy beside her. They spent the rest of the night cuddling, eating pizza, talking about the lights, and watching movies. Something she hoped would become their tradition near the holidays.
