The next few hours were spent with the three reconnecting, sharing what their time apart had been like, crying, grieving. The only bit of happiness came from the closeness they shared in that moment.

They had found themselves in a comfortable and familiar position, Ashley on the couch, with her head proped up on Murphys lap and her legs over Connor's. She felt connors hand run over her calves so gentle and lovingly as Murphys palm smoothed her hair. They were quiet now, a comfortable silence as they contemplated what they had just shared with each other. Repeated apologies, greif, and loss that had snowballed into depression for the three involved, the only comfort being each other.

'Today was the best possible day for the three to reconnect.' Thought Noah as he watched his boys with her from the kitchen. That agent, smecker, was coming today, with a plan of vengence for the human filth that had ripped his family apart so deeply. As Noah snuffed out his cigar, he noticed Rocco round the corner to the kitchen and living room. He wasted no time taking a seat across from the three in the living room.

"Glad to see you three fucks getting along again." He said to the boys before he gave a gentler tone to Ashley. "Ya okay darlin?" She gave him a tired smile. Rocco gave a nod back before settling into his chair and lighting his cigarette. "So When's smecker getting here?" Rocco asked across the house to Noah in the kitchen. "Should be here soon." He replied after checking his watch.

"I should go back to my room, let you guys meet with him." Ashley said, lifting herself from the couch. Connor gripped her knee "Nah, lass. This is yer business too, stay." It was an offer, one she accepted as she settled back into her place between the two.

"How are you feeling Roc?" Ashley asked, the bruises were fading and the need for bandages were minimal, but she could tell he hurt. "I'm just fine darlin. Never better." He smirked at her. She watched him for a moment, he looked sad, lonely. "Have you reached out to Mary? Since, you know..." He shook his head as he took a drag from his smoke. "No, she wouldn't want anything to do with me now, not after all that shit." Ashley furrowed her eyebrows "I think you'd be surprised." The two locked eyes, a glimmer of hope lingering in Rocco's before two knocks echoed from the front door.

Ashley maneuvered her way to a sitting position and watched as all four men located a weapon, just incase. The twins were quick, flanking the front door. Noah stood a couple feet away from the door, awaiting Rocco's signal who was by the far window, checking to make sure it was a friendly.

When Rocco relaxed his posture and lowered his weapon with a nod the three relaxed as well, moving to welcome the agent at the door. Ashley looked over her shoulder quickly making eye contact before dropping her head. Ashley remembered this man, he was the same agent that took their statement that day after they were attacked at their apartment.

The boys had mentioned their run in with him during their time apart, but she didn't think he was this deep in with the saints, coming to their safe house?

Ashley brought her knees to her chest, leaning back into the couch as the boys took their place beside her, Rocco on the couch arm beside Murphy, and Noah standing behind them all, a watchful eye.

Ashley couldn't help but notice just how perceptive the agent was, she saw his eyes flicker over the three, noticing the protective touches the boys had on her, Connor's hand on her thigh, and Murphys resting on her knee.

He looked between Connor and Murphy before reaching into his bag. She was sure he could help the saints with what they needed, but she wondered why he chose to help them? What had possessed this law abiding man to turn his back to fighting crime and instead be involved with the crime. Murder none the less.

She wondered if this really was a call from God, all these people in this room brought together by her boys to fight very bad men by the will of God, the idea made her smirk.
