Chapter 19

Amelia's POV:

I was sitting on the bed scrolling through Twitter when Josh came out of the shower.

"Morning" I said with a smile

"God my head hurts" he said rubbing his head

"That's why you don't get drunk off your ass" I laughed

"Ha ha so funny" he said shaking his wet hair on me

He walked over to the closet and pulled on a white and black patterned shirt.

"Dude your still wet" I laughed

"Well Tyler chews loud" he argued

"Ya he does" I giggled

"Is that your pet-peeve too" he asked

"Nah"

"Really what is"

"When you get jealous"

"When am I jealous"

"Uh Mark Jackson, Aaron, Dillon, at one point Steve, Zach basically every guy besides Luke"

"I'm sorry, I can't help it even though I know they aren't a threat and stuff" He said kissing my forehead.

"What's your pet-peeve of mine" I asked

"Besides baby talk to Jessa, um I don't think there is one"

"Lies what is it I won't get mad"

"You don't think things through and you make decisions without thinking of the possibilities or the consequents that come with them"

"Oh"

Josh and I talked about some of our pet-peeves and other things we do that annoy each other. I think it brought us even closer even though we argued a little.

"Shit, I'm gonna be late for work" I said shooting up from Josh's arms.

"No don't leave me" he whined

"It's a mandatory meeting babe I could get fired" I said kissing his forehead.

I put on pants and my flannel.

"Love you" I said kissing him

"Love you too drive safe" he smiled.

I ran out of the room and grabbed my keys. I quickly put on my flats while tripping over my purse. I rushed out the door and into the elevator breathing heavily. I need to get in shape.

I drove to work and ran out of the car and into the building.

"Sorry Angela lost track of time" I said to my boss .

The pretty, dark haired girl came around the corner and sighed.

"Come on Ahme get in here" she sighed

"Dude don't fire me"

"Nah man, HT is going down. The whole company isn't doing that great. After 30 years they are going to close if we can't find and alternative" She said shaking her head

"No that can't happen the Hot Topic in Tampa was my only safe place. With Hogan and all my friends there they were the only family I really had when my mom kicked me out. This company can't go down. I won't let it" I said standing up. Tears threatening to fall.

"Then find a way Ahme. It's not just this store it's all of them"

"I got it Angela! Josh is touring soon I'll set up a tent and I can pick stuff up from the local HT's around there and what ever isn't selling well I'll take it to the shows and try to sell it and get the word out about HT" I said excited

"I'll call corporate about it but I don't know Ahme."

"I'll call Marky Mark and Josh first" I smiled getting my phone out

I called Mark first because he was in charge of that kind of stuff. He thought it was a good idea so I called Josh.

"Hey babe!" I said really excited

"What's up" he asked

"Welllll" I said dragging out the L

"HT is going out of business and knowing me and how I want to save everything especially HT I thought I could have a tent while you toured and sell some of their stuff there. I talked to Marky Mark and he was ok with it" I said really fast

"Ya lets do it! So that means you'll tour with us" he asked really excited

"You bet ya I'll go tell Angela Love you"

"Love you too"

He hung up and I ran into Angela's office.

"I got that A-O-K from the guys so let's do this thing" I said getting into a battle stance

"I'll call corporate. Now get your ass to work before I fire you" she laughed

I was working the register today. I was telling people to spread the word about us.

"We're having a sale next week so spread the word to all your friends" I told the punky girl who was buying gauges and a Misfits tank.

I finished working and drove home. I walked through the door and was attacked by a kitten.

"Jessa baby what's up" I said picking her up and rubbing my nose on hers

"Baby talk babe" Josh said from the kitchen

"Babe your wet all the time" I laughed

"At least I don't chew loud"

"I'd rather have you chew loud then be wet all the time" I joked

"I'm moving out" he yelled

"Don't. I love you!" I yelled jumping on his back and kissed his cheek multiple times

"I guess I'll stay" he smirked kissing me

"I'm excited for tour corporate was ok with it" I said twirling around the room

"Yay my baby girl is touring" he smiled picking me up

I wrapped my legs around his waist and looped my arms around his neck.

"Steve has an announcement for us" Josh laughed picking up his phone

"Stevie my main boy" I said accepting the Skype call

"Rude" Josh said kissing my cheek

"Hey it's my moment" Steve yelled

"Fine what is it" I smiled

"Lukey and I are going on a cross country road trip around the same time you're touring so we should hang out" Steve said very excited. Even for him.

"Yay" I cheered

"That's great guys. We start in Ohio on June 10th so be ready" Josh smiled at my best friend.

"Oh we will" Steve smirked

"See ya Prince Charming" I smiled

"Bye Princess Ahme" he smiled hanging up

Josh and I decided to go out for pizza since we were both to lazy to cook, also to celebrate the new tour in a few months.

As usual we order a half cheese and half pineapple pizza and Coke. We sat in the parlor until it closed. Just talking and laughing like we were teenagers on our first date.

I wonder what's it was like to go on dates with other people. I've only had one boyfriend besides Josh but it was only for 2 months during my Junior year. That was a mess. I'm so happy to be with Josh and to be able to call him my fiancé.
