Tony's POV

God I'm so glad we got to chill with Laurie for just a bit more... Before Vic found out...

The door of the tattoo parlor creaked open, and Laurie stepped out in a gorgeous purple dress that hugged her body just right. It was nicely matched with a pair of silver, glittery heels. Man, she definitely looks hot. No.. Not hot... Gorgeous. Stunning. Beautiful.

"Damn Laurie! Tony and I will have to keep everyone from throwing themselves at you!" Jaime screeched.

"Well then get to it Jaime!" Laurie let out the cutest of giggles, and she slowly walked towards us.

"You look amazing Laurie. You really do." I managed to spit out. I swear I saw a flash of pink on her cheeks before she stepped into the car.

"Thanks Tony, you might have a hard time keeping your hands off me! Maybe Jaime will have to shield you off too!"

"Eh, I'd rather not. I'd rather join in on the fun!"

"Jaime! I thought I could count on you!"

"Alright alright guys! How about this. If someone other than Jaime and I tries something, they're going to get their asses whooped. But no promises about US Laurie!"

The rest of the drive was a mess of strange comments from Jaime and uncontrollable laughter from Laurie. I couldn't help but space out and study her. She was beautiful, inside and out. God damn I hope she didn't notice my creepy staring.

-Arriving at the Bar-

Laurie's POV

I'm so glad that I get to hang out with the boys, just like old times. This was going to be a great night and nothing will ruin it. I did clean up pretty well for a reason.

Jaime hopped straight in and skipped merrily towards the bar, winking at the barmaid. (A/N- I don't know what people do in bars! D:) Tony slipped his arm around my waist and I felt my cheeks flush. He seemed to notice, and his face was disappointed. His arm retreated back to his side, and I instantly felt guilty for being so shy even after we had kissed.

"Sorry." He stated abruptly.

"Tony, you don't have to be sorry for anything. In fact, I should be the one apologizing. I'm sor-"

"Laurie, come with me."

Tony snatched my hand and we strode out of the bar and walked for what seemed like hours in silence to this eerie park.

"God Tony my feet are killing me!" I went to sit down, but Tony grabbed both of my hands and spun me around to face him.

"Laurie. I know this is sudden, but we've been great friends for a while. You've helped me through tough times and I've helped you too, but have you ever wondered about being more than friends? And that kiss earlier, did you feel anything? Because I did. I really did Laurie. I.. I love you. Would you go out with me? We could stand on top of the world, hand in hand, Laurie." He finished with a hopeful look in his eyes.

I was at loss for words, and I had no intention of saying any.
