The dining room was silent, with only a single person eating at the table. This person, of course, was Aidan, as this was the first time he had eaten in a while. He scarfed down a steak and neatly grabbed his plate, bringing it to the kitchen. After placing his dirtied dish in the sink, he made his way down the hall, looking at his coat as he did so. He tapped the armored plates, pulled the chains, caressed the fur, clacked the rings, it was hard to see on his face, but he was enjoying the look. Though, he had one reservation about the look.

"This emblem sucks ass." he said to himself.

"What's so bad about it?" Grim asked.

"It's got that stupid fuckin' flower that Drew called me, but that's not what really pisses me off. It's that this round ass shape doesn't match the sharp plates. It feels out of place." answered Aidan.

"Hmm, I see that, but is it really such a big deal?"

"It ain't, but god, it pisses me off." Aidan swore as a blazing heat ignited on his chest. Almost in response, the coat shifted this emblem into something else, a black metal heart that closely matched the symbols on Aidan's hair. Within the jagged heart laid the other four symbols, mirroring each other as they clung to the sides of the heart.

"Wow." Grim commented. "Your distaste for that emblem caused the coat to evolve."

"You've gotta be kiddin' me." Aidan sighed as he walked back to his room, passing the hidden room that contained the nest. Maid after maid walked out of it, almost like a clown car, carrying destroyed hive and furniture alike. Aidan didn't so much as bat an eye as he passed. Walking up to his room, he swiftly entered, grabbed his journal, and began to write down word after word. Moving at such a high speed, his pen almost began to burn the paper he wrote upon. He noted down every single thing DDio had told him, the Black Blaze Beauty, the types of Elementals, the three people who have successfully removed Orbs.

After enough writing, he opened his coat, inspecting the inside of it.

"She did include inner pockets, nice." he commented as he tucked the journal into his coat. With a broody pep in his step, Aidan tucked his hands into his coat pockets and walked back down the hall, heading towards DDio. On his way, one of the maids unloading the destroyed hive called out to him.

"Oi, Aidan!" Bayla shouted. "Could you help us out here?" Aidan looked back at the maid, and turned back away, continuing down the hall.

"Sorry," he answered. "busy right now."

As the boy made his way back outside, he spotted DDio, coatless. From his torn dress shirt erupted two large, golden and feathery wings. Gilded feathers fell from the injured wing, reflecting the light of the sun, shining in the air. A warm flame covered the wings, swiftly healing their injury, and restoring their once brilliant luster.

"Yo." Aidan called out.

"Ah, Aidan." DDio responded. "I see you are done eating."

"Yeah, I needed that." he calmly responded. "Now, before the rest of my trainin', I want to learn how to open a portal."

"Oh? Is there a reason why?"

"I need to give some clothes to Krys so she can turn that into shit like this." Aidan tapped his armor.

"Alright, come over here." DDio said.

Bright lights covered the night sky as loud buzzes and sirens filled the air. Screams of joy and fun echoed throughout the fairgrounds as kids ate candy and enjoyed the games. The brother and sister duo walked down the wooden docks, heading towards the shooting gallery game.
