I groaned as I woke up, metallic taste in my mouth as I purred at the taste before gaining my barrings and realising what it probably was. Instead of speaking as I hopped to I let out a gutteral whimper with a snort and I went to touch my face. I felt my face with my hand only to flinch and whine at the feeling of cold bone, I finally opened my eyes and let out a t startles noise. My hands where now claws, large and black with spindly fingers, I could see how my nose was now a bone skull. I looked down and saw my ribs through my chest, large clumps of reindeer fur over my skin and blocking most of my - what I can assume- organs except the faint green glow from the center on my chest. I saw the fluff of reindeer fur around my feet, which I assumed where now hooves. I heard a door open and looked up through my fur, seeing yellow and blue enter the room. I felt worried as I realised the walls around me are scratched up, blood still marring the carved wood. Whimpering again I looked at the two who entered, finally realising what was happening.
I'd done it.
I was now a full demon, and a star blessed. Something unheard of.
And I'd nearly attacked Will.
I wanted to cry but instead of water leaking from my eyes, a black substance with purple swirls and white dots left my eyes. I let out a whimper, putting my head down to try apologise. I couldn't really do much till I was back to my human or at least semi-human form.
"d-dipper?"
I let out a whine, looking at will in the most apologetic way I could. I tried to focus of my big dipper birthmark going to show it was me. I saw the glows around my body and looked at them as more of the black substance dripped from my eyes.
"dipper, do you know how to change back?"
Letting out a distressed whine I heard shushing noises as my head was pulled into wills lap as I kept crying, Bill wrapped a blanket around my body.
"I-its okay, p-pine-tree. J-just imagine y-your human b-body."
I whimpered again and closed my eyes, imagining my human body and letting out a pained groan as I turn back, my marks still glowing. I held my head and whined.
"fuck..."
I whined, only to snap my eyes open and fly my arms around will, startling him.
"GOD'S I'M SO SORRY WILL! ARE YOU OKAY? DID I HURT YOU? I'M SO SORRY!"
I yelled, holding his shoulders and looking him over. He went to speak only to look me up and down and turn bright red. I rose a brow before looking down and turning red, pulling the blanket around me tighter. Bill was laughing at the situation as I rolled my eyes.
"where are we?"
I asked, will answered.
"m-my s-side room."
I nodded, muttering an apology, I wrapped myself in the blanket so only my ankles and head were visible and stood up. I turn to the pair and saw them just staring at me.
"what?"
"Well, your the first wendigo we've ever seen, do we not get to be curious?"
I blushed and rolled my eyes, walking out the room. I saw Leo by killian in the door way.
"BRO BRO!"
they cheered, hugging my legs.
"hey, kiddo, how was your hang out with Susan?"
"it was good, she and I watched el dorado!"
They chirped as I smiled, walking to killian.
"do you have a shower I can use?"
I asked, tilting my head.
"follow me, starling."
I trailed behind him as he opened a door and passed me a towel.
"ill summon a set of clothes in there for when you are done."
He said as I shut the door with a nod, starting the water and sliding into it, rubbing the dried blood and mud off my skin. The warmth of the water comforted me, as I let all my muscles relax, remembering all I'd learned about wendigo's and thought to the cervitaur form I'd heard romour of. Deciding to wait till I was in my own house to test that theory to avoid embarrassment. I dried myself and got dressed, looking in the mirror at the new me. So much had changed in two weeks, my marking glowing and my eyes the galaxy of glowing dots, a ring of glowing green in the middle that must have been my irises. I noticed a knew tattoo on my chest, a deer skull that's horns reached over my shoulders.
"gods this'll be fun to explain."
I muttered, pulling on my boxers and some deep blue jeans. Holding the black shirt and Plaid jacket, as I left the room drying my hair.
"look! New tattoo to add to the collection."
I yelled, hearing two sets of feet fly to my hall I was in, Bill and will staring at the deer symbol over my chest. Killian was snickering to my left with Leo in his arms.
"so excited you forgot to teleport?"
They turn red as I laughed, pulling the shirt on and the plaid jacket falling over my shoulders.
"let's get to my house then. Wonder whether they've reported Gideon yet."
I said, walking to the front door as I turn my eyes back to a normal person's and stopped my glow. as I walked out I spun to the left as a fist was thrown at the place I just was. I blinked and turn to the person who threw the punch. It seemed to be mable who was blinking at me with just about the same amount of confusion.
"that's a strange way to say hello."
I said, as she tackle hugged me. Rubbing her face into my chest.
"I WAS SO WORRIED BRO BRO! After I disappeared I was so confused! What happened!?"
I panicked internally before Bill came and saved my ass.
"dipper here is testing some new sciency stuff and one is teleporting powder. He had us follow him and we blew the powder onto you before running with dipper to-well- here."
"we heard a creature before we left, not sure what it was though, sounded like a kill Billy."
I added, smiling at bill and stepping fully onto the front patio, he and will following. Mable smirked and pulled me to her level.
"oooh~ I think someone's in looove~"
I turnt red and smacked her arm, walking away from her and sighing.
"I'm going to my house, it's been a long couple of days. You have my keys, right bill?"
He nodded and pulled them out of his pocket, walking to my side as mable only chuckled and followed with will, kill and Leo.
"right, so when I get home I don't care what any of you do. I'd prefer you all to either stay in the living room or pool. Just know that Leo's bed time is at 9 pm and you all need to eat."
I said, pulling my phone out and looking at the time.
"it's already 7? Gods."
I muttered, earning a laugh from mable who spoke up.
"ill head back to the shack, can someone walk me back?"
She said, looking at kill who shared the mischievous look in her eye and picked up Leo.
"me and little Leo will walk you home, my fair lady."
He said with a bow, she laughed at the trio split off to continue down the path to the shack as we walked to my cabin. I opened the door and yawned, stretching and thinking about being in my comfortable giant hoodies and baggy shorts. Feeling the shift in my clothes I sighed, not opening my eyes as I went to the stairs.
"you guys gonna stick around?"
"p-probably, w-would-uh- it be o-okay to j-join you? L-Later?"
I blushed and peek my eyes open, smiling.
"it's be a crime if you didn't, can you order some take out? The address is on the wall next to the front door."
I said, walking up stairs as they both yelled yeah. I wasn't actually tiered, I just wanted to be alone to try and turn into the cervitaur form.
"right, let's get this sorted."
I said, pulling off my shorts and boxers, not wanting to lose them like I had earlier. Closing my eyes I braced myself for pain and imagined my lower half turning into a deer, I bit my tongue and hissed, falling on my side onto my bed, holding my head as i felt something peirce through my skin. It stopped after a few minutes and I blinked open my eyes and rubbed my head, looking my standing mirror oy to yelp at my new look.
