Tears rolled from her eyes as well recalling the sight where she noticed her husband was about to kiss Haya. Yes, she never accepted that he is her husband but her heart accepted him a long ago. That's the reason she said yes to marriage but she put the contract between them because she wanted to protect herself.

She couldn't stay in the house as she felt suffocated without Murtasim. Her heart boiled when she got to know that Murtasim went to Village with Haya without informing her. She felt insecure because she can't see him going anywhere with Haya. Her heart ached in pain, she felt someone stabbing her heart very badly.

Her husband broke her trust into pieces, already she was broken because her own parents cheated on her and now Murtasim also. The realisation hit her badly.

Murtasim started driving and noticed Meerub looking straight without moving, she looked like a statue. Her hair danced in the air due to the cold breeze and also disturbed her by falling on her face but there was no impact on Meerub because of this. How will look at these mere things when she felt everything is snatched from her? She is left with nothing because all people she trusted betrayed her.

Again her trust is broken and her heart is shattered into million of pieces and it is very hard to join them again. Tears rolled from her eyes like a river, suddenly she muffled loudly and looked outside to hide her tears from him because she don't trust him anymore. She doesn't want him to see her crying now. She placed her head on the window and looked out. She shivered when she felt a cold breeze hitting her face, the area where tears were rolling felt extra cold due to the wind. Just then she noticed many people walking here and there, she immediately closed the window and looked down. She held her dupatta tightly to control her son but couldn't and within a few seconds she burst into tears feeling betrayed

"Meerub please stop crying", Murtasim said and was about to touch her shoulder but took his hand back after receiving a glare from Meerub. He clenched his hand into a fist realising that he lost the trust which was building slowly between them. On seeing her tears he realised one thing she also love him but hesitates to confess. That sent goosebumps down his body.

"Tumse matlab? Chup karke gadi chalo varna mai chalang lga dungi", Meerub warned angrily and wiped her tears from the back of her palm. Murtasim chuckled with her childish warning. Who she is trying to scare? Murtasim Khan? The one who everyone fears, whose name speaks fire and anger? The guy who is not scared of anything?

Losing family members is on separate place because everyone is frightened to lose their family members, otherwise, he is not scared of anything. He pressed his lips together to control his smile because he already applied a child lock so even if she tries to come out, she will not be able to do it. He smirked mentally because of his plan

"Mai bhi dekhta hu kese karogi. Gadi kholke toh dikhao", Murtasim challenged after checking if he applied a child lock or not. After seeing he got relaxed and turned to see Meerub trying to open the car with tears but is unable to

"You mental jerk kidnapper what you did. Open the car I want to go out. I don't want to spend a minute with you", Meerub shouted angrily wriggling and struggling to open the door but is unable to do anything. She realised he applied child lock but she is trying her best to beat him

"I'm saving you, idiot. Why you were trying to open the door? Sit properly", Murtasim said angrily after parking his car near a corner and pulled Meerub by her shoulder angrily and warned her to sit straight. Why can't she understand by doing this she is putting her life in danger?

Meerub pushed his hand away angrily sending death glares from her eyes because she don't want him to touch her now. His touch affects her and she hates to admit that her body responds to his touch positively. She fears that she believed him easily and he is not good in actuality then what will be the consequence? What if he is trapping her? What if she forgave him easily just because of his proximity and the fact that he is her weakness now?

"You said you will keep quiet ", Meerub snapped angrily

"Then stop crying Meerub. I can't see you crying. I love only one girl that are you. You are distracting me. How I'll concentrate when my love is crying because of me? Let me clear the misunderstanding please Meerub", Murtasim requested pleading with his eyes looking at her with hope because he want to clear everything up only if she give him a chance to explain himself.

"Let me go then", Meerub warned and tried to open the door again but Murtasim stopped her and started to drive again. He noticed Meerub stopped crying but her face lost its colour. It went pale suddenly which broke his heart. He bit his lower lip angrily to control his tears on seeing her broken

"Meerub didn't you ever notice my love and care for you? Already last events are flashing in my eyes scaring me so please don't let history repeat itself. I won't be able to survive if because of me you got hurt", Murtasim told looking at her with pleading eyes

"I'm already hurt", Meerub restored with tears in her eyes

"Why...", he was about to ask but then stopped realising that she was blaming him.

"First blame me then I'll drive", Murtasim said applying breaks again which irritated Meerub. She was about to shout hut then stopped in the middle

"Ese he chup rehna", Murtasim said and noticed Meerub's hand was resting on her lap. He slowly took her hand and placed it on his hand. Meerub shivered to feel his cold hand on her hand and looked at him with tears. She was accusing him of cheating upon her and paying with her feelings. She tried to take her hand back but couldn't because Murtasim's hold was tight

"I love you Meerub. More than you can imagine and I'm ready to do whatever you want me to do. From today I promise I will never give any hint to Haya. Believe me, I am not cheating on you. I can never do that. My love is only for you, not anyone else", Murtasim confessed and caressed the back of her hand with love. He doesn't know if she believes him or not but he knows he needs to assure her that he is not cheating on her.

Both of them came back to the mansion together and saw ma begum pacing here and there tensed. On noticing them she came towards them with a bright smile adorning her lips

"Wow, you both together. Come Murtasim ", she said and dragged him towards her room. Meerub noticed all the other family members also present there and to her bad luck, Haya also came behind them. Haya came with Bhaktu she thought because she brought him there.

"I want to give you some good news", ma begum said, her heart ragged fast due to the misunderstanding. Her eyes widened in shock knowing well what was coming next but she didn't stop her because she want to see Haya's reaction

"Which?", Murtasim asked with a chuckle as he thought they all will ask about their married life.

"You are going to become a father. Meerub is pregnant ", ma begum said shocking Murtasim. He glanced towards Meerub glaring at her for the misunderstanding, she looked down understanding his gesture. Why he is glaring at her? She should be angry not him.

"W...what?", he yelled in shock, his heart ragged fast due to the misunderstanding. He is sure that Meerub can't be pregnant and can never cheat him. They must have misunderstood her. He noticed the delighted faces of his family and felt bad to break their heart but he has to

"Mom...", He was about to tell truth but Meerub interrupted him

"Murtasim can we talk privately?", Meerub requested to which Murtasim hummed and yanked her towards the room. While going back Meerub turned and noticed tears in Haya's eyes and sneered mentally seeing that sight. She felt happy and satisfied to see Haya losing.

😅😅While writing I went on a different track. I thought to write a heated argument but then changed the idea
