Murtasim looked down at the ground as he walked toward the railing, knowing that the distance would only be enough to break his bones and not cause his death. Reaching for the edge, he glanced in Meerab's direction, but she averted her gaze upon seeing him. He realized how badly he had messed everything up out of jealousy and rage. Her moistened eyes are evidence of her loyalty and innocence. He kept staring at her, hoping to meet her gaze before leaping to prove to her that he truly loved her, but Meerab paid him no attention at all.

His pulse quickened as he considered whether she would leave the moment he jumped or not, and that there was no guarantee she would stay with him even if he did not jump. He could not just assume that he would not die, so he looked at her hoping she would give him one last look. Given their proximity, he had given up hope that she would stop him after looking into her enraged eyes. When she asked him to jump, she immediately moved away from him. He turned and swallowed the lump that was growing in his throat, giving up on the possibility that she would love him. Raising his feet, he stood at the railing and peered at the floor.

He could feel her fear, which he had noticed in her eyes earlier. His heart was racing with fear and anxiety. He could hear his breathing becoming uneven as he noticed the height. He recalled the times he spent with her and their closeness. The last time they were on the terrace, she mentioned that she was measuring the distance for them. She made it real by asking him to stand here and prove his innocence.

He don't feel anything for Haya. Ever since he was a small child, he had always admired Meerab's strong personality and wanted a girl like her for his wife. Sparks would fly when they met at any gathering or event. The only thing he hated was her attitude towards him. He used to feel his ego being challenged whenever she answered him back, even though the truth is that he never hated her.

After they got married and moved into same room, his feelings for her became even stronger. He realized that his feelings for her went beyond that of a simple family member after their marriage made clear to him how he felt.  He realized his love for her. Gradually, his feelings for her grew, but he failed to realize that he was causing her pain by making her feel envious. He loved watching her become envious whenever Haya got close to him and he was eager to hear her confess her feelings for him, but he was unaware that he was adding to her insecurities .

Meerab, who had been ignoring him because she thought he might not move or jump, turned to face him as he was staring at the ground, too stunned to move. She knows he is just like her, willing to go to any length to prove his point. She approached him, examining his hand in her mind, debating whether to take it in her own. She was on the verge of accepting him as her husband today, but after he ruined everything, she no longer wanted to speak with him. However, she does not want him to die or even suffer harm as a result of her actions. A scratch on his body hurts her, but he always fails to understand her. He believes that she lacks emotion, but he never makes an effort to realize that she is actually extremely emotional and possessive of him.

How could she see someone else with her husband? He ignores Haya's flirting and becomes angry if Rohail approaches her. Why is there a double standard? Furthermore, she has developed feelings for him; she is unsure if it is love, but his actions have always forced her to take two steps back. She developed a soft corner for him and began to trust him the most, but whenever he does stupid things, she wonders if she made a mistake in liking him. His attempt to move forward was met with trembling on his feet; she grabbed his hand and yanked him back, her eyes widening in shock as she felt she would loss him today .

For an instant, Murtasim was taken aback, believing he had fallen and would not survive; however, he experienced a twinge of guilt upon realizing Meerab saved him and is crying. Due to sudden pull, he stepped down and now he is facing Meerab who is looking at the ground. When he moved forward, Meerab retreated a step and raised her hand to halt him. He noticed she was breathing heavily and placed his hand on his heart to see if he felt the same way. His breathing is erratic because he just met his death and was momentarily terrified by the chilling wind that felt like a bad dream striking his body. During his childhood, he would often dream of being on the verge of death, but he never imagined that this would actually happen to him. Looking at Meerab, he saw that she had moved her attention from the ground to him, wiping the lone tear from her eye.
