ABOUT TO B U R S T
Sometimes I just wanna EXPLODE
Emotions going into OVERLOAD
COMBUST, COMBUST,
there's no one I can trust
Anger, anger, burning b r i g h t
Fire, fire, i g n i t e
(Burning bright when dark is in sight)
Looks like a sharp contrast
(They can't see past the MASK)
LIAR, LIAR, on fire
"I'm fine, it's okay," can't they see their silent ire?
Feeding the f l a m e s
Aren't they ASHAMED?
Fury building inside
"Boo-hoo," "Cry me a river,"
Their hatred making me s h i v e r
Feel so clumsy, a bumbling fool
Like a puzzle piece not fitting in,
There should be a rule
Go help your fellow kin
Quiet, lonely left with thoughts
Someone S E E and ought
To gently be her friend
and that would be the happy end
But life is not a fairy tale
There's no guaranteed happily ever after
When we set sail
Turning the pages to the next chapter
Maybe we'll get close enough
To the happily ever after
(And maybe that's enough.
Enough in the t w i s t i n g, spiraling path of life
and it'll be....
a l r i g h t.)
