"Aaaaarrrrgggghhh"
Jackson screamed as he saw the time.
He was late.
"For godsake...stop yelling like a dinosaur in the morning"
His scream woke Jewel up.She covered her head with her pillow.
Since they both refused to sleep on the couch, they ended up sharing the bed.
"You turned it off on purpose didn't you?"
Jackson pulled the pillow away from her face and asked.
"Just let me sleep. I only have 15 more minutes before my alarm rings"
He had no plans to let her be.
As he looked around,it occurred to him.She had pulled the bedsheets completely to her side.
"Give it back."
Jackson started pulling the sheets towards him.
"Urghh!Just let me sleeeeep"
To complain was useless.
He had already ruined it.
Jackson smirked and got out of the bed.
He wore his slippers and as he approached his bathroom, he thought a wind went ahead of him.
Na, it was Jewel. She ran faster than him and got into the bathroom.
"Just a min, husband"
Jewel winked and smirked
"What? Noo....come on! Jewel its an emergency, come out.....I am getting late!"
Who will listen to him?
This has been happening since last one week.
Jewel and Jackson's new morning routine.
They start the day by annoying each other. She finishes the hot water always, making him take cold showers, he put his shaving cream in her toothpaste, they compete for the bathroom to empty their systems and at nights, makes sure that they steal each other's blankets.
It was childish yet they couldn't care less.
She even stole his lunch box one day.
Lizzy couldn't even complain as Jewel didn't give a damn.
Though he got annoyed, Jackson started looking forward to their bickering. He was working really hard at making sure of that.
"I can't wait for Jackson to get rid of this girl"
Lizzy exclaimed as she saw Jewel leave for the hospital.
"Have a good day, Jewel"
Viviaan waved, to which Jewel replied
"You too, Viviaan"
He smiled as she ran to catch the bus.
"Urghh"
Jackson came out screaming.
He just had another round of cold shower.
"Oh,my poor son, just 5.5 months and we will be free, Jackson"
Jackson didn't reply to that but whined
"Arghh! Salad again! I don't wanna eat this."
"Oh, Just give me two minutes, I will cook some eggs fast."Lizzy panicked.
" Its okay, Mom.You take rest. I will make them." He smiled.
While Lizzy felt apologetic, Viviaan was loving the new developments.
Unlike as usual, Jackson was voicing his opinions now. He talked more, expressed his likes and dislikes more and looked much more engaged these days.
Viviaan loved his brother like this, rather than as a silent sufferer.
As he made an omlette for himself,plated it nicely, pulled a seat and sat down with satisfaction, he asked Viviaan
"Did you eat?"
"Not yet, brother.Its too early for me."
"Did Mom eat?"
"No.She said she will have it later"
