Today is the last day of the year. With a smile on my face for no reason,I woke up next to ENFP. Looks like she got on top of me while she was asleep. Holding ENFP on top feels like a feather.

--I shall wake you up with the last good morning of the year,love. (INTJ)

She slowly opens her beautiful eyes and tells me in the calmest tone possible:

--You've got a boner,pervert. (ENFP)

I now realise I do...and push her off me.

--I liked it there,why did you have to push me? (ENFP)
--You naughty girl...it's the last day of the year,I cannot now. (INTJ)
--Enough with the jokes,are you excited for 2024? (ENFP)
--If it means a whole year with you,then yes. (INTJ)
--You're coming to the firework show tonight,right? (ENFP)
--I hate that shit. (INTJ)
--I love the colors tho. And protecting INFP and ISFP because they're scared of them. (ENFP)
--Protect me,too. I've protected you enough. (INTJ)
--More like protect me to protect you because I can get scared of these too. (ENFP)

~After many hours,ENFP's POV~

--Where is the cake?! (ISFJ)
--Don't tell me you bought firecrackers,ESTP! (ISFP)
--I never skip a year without those bad boys! (ESTP)
--Alright now,frick you! (INFJ)
--I understand this is a tense moment,but INFJ,watch the fucking language! (ENTP)
--OHAAA,YOU SAID IT,BRO! (ENFP)
--Love,there are only 15 pieces of cheesecake. Where is the 16th? (INTJ)
--I gave mine to a hungry old lady on the street... (ESFJ)

I swear they were about to break into a fight. I hold INTJ,distracting him by saying:

Holding his face,I say in a babying tone:

I brush my nose against his,they both became bright red.

--11:45PM. After 15 minutes we'll be in 2024! Crazy! (ENFJ)
--Imagine if we order a pizza and when the delivery comes,we tell them that we ordered that last year! (ESTP)

--So that's where you want my knife? (INTJ)

We all took our coats and went outside.

INTJ responded,as I clinged to his arm while we walked to the place where fireworks could be best seen.

--What is your goal for 2024? (ENFP)
‐-Perhaps...be nicer. I should definetly learn that from you. What about your goal? (INTJ)
--Be better with deadlines and at least procrastinate less. I should definetly learn that from you. (ENFP)
--Then I guess we should teach eachother... (INTJ)

Coming closer to me,he whispers:

--...how to fuck. (INTJ)
--Oi,now fuck off! (ENFP)

We got where we had to be. People were chatting and holding champagne glasses.

--5 more minutes! (ESFJ)
--Can we throw the firecrackers now? (ENTJ)
--Not you too... (INTP)
--I just want to scare some shitheads. (ENTJ)
--Anyway,we can! (ESFP)

Some people threw firecrackers. INTJ was covering his ears.

--Ugh,not again! (INTJ)

ISFJ and ISFP immediately came to me.

--Mom,we're scared! (ISFJ & ISFP)

So was I. But I took them in my arms and covered their ears.

--Me too,mommy,me too! (INTJ)

Even if INTJ hated the contact with the two little scared puppies I had in my arms,he came in my arms and I protected the three people I had like a brave mother. It's definetly not like my heart was beating so loud,but I had no other choice.

--ISFP? Are you ok? Come here. (ESFJ)

ISFP left my arms. ISFJ also left for some reason. Everybody was counting how much we had left until 2024.

--ONE MORE MINUTE,PEOPLE! (ESTJ)

INTJ shouts,as the firecrackers are very loud:

--How much do we have left,love?! (INTJ)
--40 seconds! (ENFP)
--I want these to fucking stop! (INTJ)
--These are just the firecrackers,wait until the fireworks! (ENFP)
--FIREWORKS?! (INTJ)
--Uh-huh! So you'll better get ready,baby,'cuz the show's about to start! (ENFP)
--FUCK! (INTJ)

Everybody was counting down. 20 more seconds.

--Now calm down,my love,calm down,shit's only getting started. (ENFP)

As I kissed his head,his grip on me tightens. I was looking at the firecrackers ESTP and ENTP were setting and the fact that ESTJ was yelling at them made me laugh. ENTJ was malefically smirking because she knew the firecrackers would scare the shit out of the introverts. ENFJ comforted INFP,ISTP and INTP just froze right on the point probably thinking about the fact that they hate life. INFJ just layed on the grass and looked at the sky,which was about to be the most colorful. ESFP was teasing ISTJ again. Poor guy didn't even escape on the last day of the year. ISFJ was petting a scared cat and ESFJ was comforting ISFP.

--FIVE! (ESFJ)
--FOUR! (ESTP)
--THREE! (ENFJ)
--TWO! (ENTP)
--ONE! (All)

And that was the last word of 2023. We were now in 2024.

--HAPPY NEW YEAR! (All)

Suddenly I feel my chin being grabbed and INTJ kissed me while the fireworks were exploding. Some seconds he was scared as fuck.

--And yet again I've left my mark,you began the year with me. (INTJ)
--So cute,you wanted a New Year's kiss! (ENFP)
--Uh-huh! Shall we wake up next to eachother for a whole year now! (INTJ)
--As long as it's with you,I'm down for it! (ENFP)

He pulled me into another kiss as we felt our smiles connecting once again.

--They look so cute when kissing! (INFP)
--ENFP is the only one who can make him smile... (ENFJ)
--JUST MARRY EACHOTHER! (ESTP)
--If y'all even dare to break up,I'm killing myself. (INTP)
--Y'all are meant for eachother,I swear! (ESTP)

I am glad that everyone confirms INTJ's right for me. And I know he is.

We start laughing when we realise how cheesy we are and hug. Staring at the colorful sky,I see the fireworks show. And now,feeling myself in the arms of the man I love and the beautiful view,I realise that I am living in the expression happily ever after.

~INTJ's POV~

I began a new chapter in my life. Previous New Years were chapters when I was always just an obsessed admirer in the dark. This year I am an obsessed admirer in the light. She bought me sunshine where I only saw rain. She bought me laughter when I only felt pain.
