"Unnie!!!" Chiquita smiled as soon as she heard her younger sibling, Ella.
Chiquita is now 14 years old, while Ella is turning 4 years old very soon. Time flies really fast.
"Hey kiddo! Mom and Dada are on the car... Want something to eat first?" Ella squealed. Chiquita smiled upon seeing her little sister jumping. "Come on!"
Ella saw an ice cream truck and dashed into it, "Hey, don't run!"
"I'm a big girl now, Unnie! Don't worry abou----"
"ELLA!!" Chiquita quickly ran towards Ella. She was so worried about her sister. "Are you okay?" Ella nodded. The she shifted her attention to the person who accidentally bumped by Ella and helped her to stand up. "My apologies, I shouldn't let my sister run like that. Forgive me Miss..." Chiquita was shocked when the girl looked at her when she finished fixing her school uniform.
"It's fine. No harm done." The girl smiled at Chiquita and offered her hand. "I'm Ahyeon"

Ella hugged her left leg and hid behind her that made her back to reality.
"Ah, I'm sorry... I was just..." She cleared her throat "I'm Canny."
Ahyeon smiled, it made her eyes disappeared. She lowered herself and held Ella's head. "Don't be scared, baby. Come on, I'll buy you an ice cream."
Ella remembered what was her Dada Lisa and Mommy Jen had say to her, "Mommy and Dada told me that I shouldn't talk to strangers." She continue to hide behind her sister.
"It's fine Ella. Let's go." Chiquita held Ella's hand and they walked their way to the ice cream tuck with Ahyeon.
I'm sure Dada will tease me later because Ella will probably tell them about what happened... I can't believe I spaced out though.
I don't know about my Mom. I can't tell if she'll allow me to have a girl-
Wait, no! What the fuck? I can't be thinking like this. I just met this Ahyeon and I don't know anything about her.
"Canny, hey! Are you okay?" Ahyeon asked. She was now eating her ice cream while Ella is peacefully sitting on her lap. "You're spacing out."
"Uh, I'm sorry... It's just---" she wasn't able to finish what she was about to say when her phone rang. She excused herself "Hello Mom?"
"Where are you, Canny Kim Manoban?! Where did you bring your sister this time?"
She can hear her Dada laughing on the background. "Chill hon."
"We just went to buy ice cream."
"Really now? If you and your sister won't eat dinner tonight, I will not gonna let you have your camping with Dada"
Chiquita felt nervous. First, her mom called her with her full name, and whenever her mommy Jen will say something like that, it's 100% gonna be true.
"Hon, let them.. one ice cream won't--" Chiquita almost laughed when her Mommy Jen interrupted her Dada Lisa "stop... I told you no junkfoods on the entire weekends!"
"We're going back, Mom." She glanced at the smiling Ahyeon and she felt her heart skipped a beat. Good thing that her mommy already ended the line.
"Your mom's mad?" Ahyeon carefully passed Ella to Chiquita then stood up and prepared to bid her goodbye to the siblings.
"Kinda... Thanks for the treat, by the way."
"No problem... So, I'll see you around?" Ahyeon blushed when Chiquita nodded and smiled sweetly at her.
"Say bye to unnie Ahyeon, Ella."
Ella did what she's told. "Bye baby Ella!" Ahyeon turned her back and started walking away with them.
"Who's that?"
Chiquita jolted and held her chest "Dada! You surprised me!" Lisa laughed and turned her attention to her younger daughter.
"Who's that, baby?"
Ella raised her arms. She gestured Lisa to carry her.
"Unnie's girlfriend."
And this was what she was talking about on her mind awhile ago.
And right on cue, her Mommy Jennie came out of nowhere which way much surprised her. "Chiquita?!"
"Mommy!" She jumped and hugged her Mommy Jennie. Upon getting older, Chiquita became Mommy's girl. She still idolize her Dada but she's much of a Mommy's girl now. While Ella is a Dada's girl. "She's not my girlfriend, mom."
"Then who is she?" Jennie asked her.
And Chiquita told her the reason why she met Ahyeon which caused her to lightly scolded by her mom.
"I'm sorry, it's not gonna happen again, Mom."
"Bring her with us when you meet again."
