Diya's eyes turned red with humiliation. Her doe eyes held the liquid of agony and her character assassination.
She looked at her husband, the king with a smile which spoke how he let her down.

Nithya came out of the chamber and Karthik looked at her with fear.
" Is she okay Nithya?" He asked and he got a glare in answer.
" I wish she is not in this Palace Karthik. Please! She was fucking attacked god damn it!" She yelled trying to control her rage.
" I don't know what happened to her but I'm sure the wounds are so deep. Bring her to the hospital Karthik. I'll talk to Dr. Rishabh immediately." She suggested and Karthik turned cold and pale.
" Nothing has happened to her right?" He whispered and Nithya looked at him like she didn't know.
" Please, bring her ASAP. She immediately needs medical attention." Nithya said almost choking with tears. Karthik stood there rooted without even displaying an ounce of emotion.
" Act wise Karthik. She needs immediate medical attention." Nithya screamed at the top of her lungs which made him flinch at his place. He looked baffled at the situation he is in. He hurriedly rushed inside the chamber and looked at his wife whose t-shirt was covered with blood and fresh cuts here and there. Diya looked shaken seeing him and started crying loudly curling herself into a ball.

Cold sweat ran down his spine seeing his wife so scared. Nithya hugged her and tried saying the sweet nothings. But nothing worked.
" Karthik, please get the car ready." Nithya cried and he rushed to call the driver on the way.
The car stood under the porch with its doors opened and Karthik ran to his chamber. Diya looked at him and cried so hard that she didn't let go of Nithya's Kurti.
" It's not the time to think Karthik. Just get her to the car first." Nithya said and he nodded with shaky breaths. He lifted her forcefully while her cries started getting louder. The servants looked at their King and Queen in astonishment in the meantime Karthik took her to the car.

" D, my Angel. Calm down." Karthik tried to coo her but the amount of force exerted by her resulted in Karthik falling on the floor.
" Karthik, get in." Nithya suggested and he got in the passenger seat. The driver immediately drove to the hospital while Nithya called Dr. Rishabh on the forehand.
