Third Person POV

Yae stared blankly at the empty spot where her 'friend' was previously in her arms, so did Kokomi and Ei.

And while Kokomi and Ei were left to handle the backlash of stealing Yae's toy, [Reader] was awkwardly standing next to Gorou as he catch his breath.

They landed on the abandoned Mouun shrine, near the only statue of the electro archon found in Watatsumi.

The Coral Palace was close from where they were, but it didn't look like they'll be spotted if they stay in this spot.

"Uhh...it doesn't hurt, does it?" She hesitantly asked after a while, referring to the tail she just grabbed harshly without any second thought and the electrocution his body went through.

Gorou continued breathing deeply with his hands placed on his knees as he hunched down, glancing at her and wincing.

"If someone doused water on you and electrocuted you, then pulled the extension of your spine all of the sudden with force, would it not hurt?"

[Reader] thinned her lips to a blank line then sheepishly smiled in shame.

"I'll take that as a yes, it does hurt a lot. A-and I apologize, I swear on my life I didn't mean it and I won't ever try to do it again." She raised her hands up to prove her point.
