Pete's POV:

I was feeling a little tired and also my head was spinning. I didn't realize how long I have been sleeping but when I woke up, Ae was sitting beside me. Ae inquired whether I was feeling better and I nodded before moving to sit up, he quickly rushed for my help. I told him that I was feeling better except for my spinning head.

And then, he asked for my permission to ask me something and when I agreed, he narrated to me the conversation he had with Tin and my best friend suggested him to ask me to do pregnancy tests. But Ae kept on repeating to me not to keep my hopes high. He was always worried and I can completely understand how must be feeling.

But my concern was the kit. We didn't have the kit at home so I informed Ae about it only to find out that he had already bought it. He handed me the packet and I took it while feeling shy before rushing into the bathroom.

I took the test and was waiting for the results anxiously. Even though Ae asked me not to keep my hopes high, I couldn't help it. As I waited for the test results my anxiety level kept on increasing. With trembling hand I picked up the stick to find the results that made my eyes teary. It showed positive result. But in order to be sure, I decided to take the test once more. Again the wait was killing me but I wanted to be more than sure before coming to conclusion in order to not have any misunderstanding. When I checked the result of the second stick, I had no more doubts left.

I picked the two sticks and walked out of the bathroom. As I opened the door, I saw Ae pacing around the room in worry. When he saw me come into view, he immediately rushed in my direction. "What does it say?" he asked with expectant face. I raised the test results to show him and saw myriad of expressions crossing his face in that moment. And then, his eyes were filled with tear as he looked at me.

"I am going to be father?" he asked, I can see the proud feeling on his face. "Yes..." I said while nodding with tears rolling down my cheeks. "I am going to be father...." He said and then hugged me tightly. "Thank you love... Thank you for giving me this happiness." He said while pecking my cheeks and squeezing me against him.

I never thought that Ae would be this happy to have kid. After sometime, he pulled away and wiped off the tears. You are going to take rest and we are going to see doctor in evening. I don't want to miss a single thing this time. Do you get that?" he asked. I nodded while smiling at him.

He picked me up and carried me to the bed, gently laying me down and asking me to take rest while he grabbed his cell phone and began to call everyone. Within an hour, our parents were at our apartment congratulating us and celebrating the news. Tin and Can were informed too and they rushed back to meet us. I was being showered with lot of love and pampered by all.

In evening, Ae took me to doctor and he asked me few questions and carried out a few tests. After prescribing me the necessary medicine and vitamins and all that stuff, I was finally allowed to leave. Ae then took me to the ice-cream parlor before we returned back home.

The following days, Ae was very very cautious. I was banned from waking up early and cooking. I would feel a little tired because of my morning sickness so Ae was making sure that I will not be troubled much. When he would drop me off at work, he would hand over a basket to Tin informing him about the food inside. He also made a timetable so that I would not skip eating and will keep myself healthy.

The most beautiful thing of all was the care and effort he put in everything. He made sure that I will eat healthy but also kept some stuff which I would crave. I didn't know how he got them right but there was no place for me to complain. Right from pickle to all other stuff that I would feel like eating were found in the basket.
