Jennie is waiting to board the plane so she could attend Festivista a music festival she got invited to perform. Her manager told her to wait for a while because she needs to check if all of the documents are ready. Jennie stood at the gate, her heart pounding with excitement and nerves. She fiddled with her guitar case, trying to appear nonchalant as she waited for her manager to return. She'd been dreaming of performing at Festivista for years, and now that dream was finally becoming a reality.
As she waited, Jennie couldn't help but let her mind wander to the possibilities of the weekend. She imagined herself on stage, belting out her songs to a sea of adoring fans. She imagined the energy of the crowd, the heat of the sun on her skin, the smell of fresh grass and sweat and beer.
But most of all, Jennie imagined the after parties. The wild, all-night parties filled with free flowing booze, beautiful people, and endless opportunities for mischief. She'd heard stories of Festivista's legendary after parties, and she couldn't wait to be a part of them.
But Jennie was also keenly aware of the potential dangers of such an event. Her manager had warned her about the risks of performing at a festival as high-profile as Festivista, where fans could become dangerously obsessive. Jennie tried to push these thoughts aside, focusing instead on the excitement of the moment.
Finally, her manager returned, snapping Jennie out of her daydreams. "Everything's set," her manager said with a smile. "Your documents are all in order and we're ready to board."
Jennie grabbed her guitar case and followed her manager onto the plane. As she settled into her seat, she couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nervousness. This was it - the moment she had been waiting for.
As the plane took off, Jennie closed her eyes and tried to calm her nerves. She took a deep breath and reminded herself why she was here.
