Griff pov

I woke up my arms slightly stinging. I get up out of the bed grabbing my phone. I checked the time seeing as it was still very dark outside. 

04:17 am

How do I keep getting up so early-  I don't know what to do for the next few hours. I decide to put on some music while i walk to the backyard.

Tek it started to play in my headphones. I opened the door to the backyard as I lay down on the grass.

I look at the moon as I listen to the lyrics.

"I watch the moon"

"let it run my mood"

"can't stop thinking of"

"YOU"

"I watch you"

"so long"

"nice to know you"

"I'll be moving on"

I was humming and singing along to the lyrics. I loved it.

After a while Line Without A Hook started playing.
My heart sand a bit but i continued singing anyways.

"Oh, baby I am a wreck"
"When I'm without you"
"I need you here to stay"
"I broke all my bones that day "
"I found you"
"Crying at the lake"
"Was it something I said"
"To make you feel"
"Like your a burden"
"Oh and if i could take it all back"
"I swear that I will pull you from the tide"

I heard some rustling next to me and as I turned around someone was standing next to me. I panicked and hit them in the leg with the most force I could.

"Ow! What the heck Griff?!That hurt!" I recognized the voice almost immediately. I got up and apologized multiple times. "I didn't mean to Cal I swear I just got startled by the mysterious presence!"

We both started laughing seeing how the day has started.
