Nialls P.O.V.

I'm pretty sure my jaw hit the floor. Harry got up and asked a doctor for Annas room number. Once he finished talking, Harry ran down the hallway.

Anna was Harrys sister? Twin to be exact. Was it coincidence that we met her? Or fate?

I sat back, deep in thought.

-----Harrys P.O.V.-----

I ran all the way to Annas room. My sisters room. When I opened the door, my smile dropped. She looked... horrible. Two casts, stitches everywhere, cuts everywhere. I quickly sat next to her bed. I grabbed her hands and whispers to her.

"Come on Annie. You have to wake up. I have big news for you. Wake up soon. Please."

I sighed and laid my head by her hand. I closed my eyes and slowly fell asleep.

-----Julies P.O.V.-----

I left Kurt's room when he fell asleep and walked back to the waiting area. I see Niall siting there, and walk over to him. "Hey Ni. Did Harry call you?" he nods.

"Yeah he called me a little while ago." he says. "Are you ok?" I ask and he shakes his head. "No." I sit next to him and wrap my arm around his shoulder. "Dont worry Ni. It's gonna be ok." he sighs and looks up.

''What if it's not?" he says, tearing up a little. I don't answer for a second. "Dont think like that. It will be." I say firmly.

He takes a deep breath and nods. "Thanks Julie." he says and I smile. "No prob dude."

He laughs. "Never talk like that again." I smile "Ok dude."

*2 Months Later*

-----Louis P.O.V.-----

I was sitting in Anna's room with Niall. Harry had gone to get something to eat with Liam and Zayn. He hadn't left the hospital to much since she was put in.

I still remember when he called me. It was two days after she had been in the hospital.

*Flashback*

I was sitting on the couch with my feet on the wall and my head hanging off the side. "Liii-uuummm. I'm boored." I complain to Liam. Who happens to be sitting right next to me.

He sighs. "Well find something to do then." I groan. "Liam. If I had something to do, why would I be complaint to you?" I say giving him a look. "Because you love to complain" he states and I shrug. "Yeah your right."

My phone starts rining and I answer it. "Subway, what would you like to order today mr styles?" I say and he sighs. "Lou it's not funny after the eight time ya know."

"HEY DON'T BE OFFENSIVE" I yell and he laughs. Then he turns serious. "Lou I need you to get to the hospital with Liam and Zayn." he says. "Ok but why? What happened?" I ask and he explains how Anna got into a car crash with her brother.

"She has a BROTHER?" I ask. "I guess so. Although he's not her real brother." he says almost to himself. "What so you mean?" I say and he sighs.

"Remember when I told you I had a twin sister who was taken from us when we were almost two?" he says and I go 'uhu'. "Well.... it's Annabella. Shes my twin!" he says excitingly.

"Mate, that's awesome!" I say. "We will be there soon." I say.

*Present*

And so here we are. "Why isn't she up yet. It's been two months!" he yells. I put a hand on his shoulder. "Mate it's gonna take a while. It could take a few more days or months. We dont know." I say.

He nods slowly. "I know. I'm just anxious." he says and then his phone starts ringing. He answers it.

"Hello?" he says. "Oh hey babe." I automatically leave, already knowing who it was. I walk out the door and sit in one of the chairs next to the door.

But I swear I saw Annies hand move once or twice before I left.

-----Annies P.O.V-----

Darkness. Pain.

The only two things I cos think at the moment. I could barley feel anything but the pain in my body.

I heard voices. Faintly but getting louder.

Then I heard something I never wanted to hear.
