Emory took the money and supplies she had in the box and packed baby stuff in it. Enough for Cam and Enobaria to survive for a few weeks in case something happened. She also placed the walkie in there. They needed it more than her.

Second day back she went and visited the dam. She strode in confidently and people stopped to look at her. She smirked as she walked to one of her old friends. David Stringer, she knew she could trust him. He was influential to some other people. She stood in front of him and he stopped working. "How's the job going?" She asked him.

He looked like a deer in headlights, "uh, good. It's been a while, Emory."

She smiled back at him, "I know, here's those plans you asked for, for the updated generator." She winked at him, she turned away and he opened the note.

Tonight, tell everyone. The dam comes down. Meet in the forest before the road at 8 o'clock.

She already had the explosives. The only problem was that they needed plenty of people.

Emory gave the packed backpack to Enobaria and a note. She kissed Cam's head, "I love you my little fighter." She looked back up to his godmother. "Make sure he knows I love him."

Her face dropped, "you're not planning on coming back."

Emory gave her a bitter smile and shook her head, "No." She took a deep breath, "you remember the directions? All the peacekeepers will be at the dam so you can slip past."

Enobaria nodded, "I remember, is your truck packed?" Emory nodded. She got her black jacket and put it on. She grabbed a binkie and placed it in Cam's mouth so that he wouldn't make too much noise. She helped Enobaria into a baby carrier.

"Goodbye, my baby, you'll see your daddy soon," she promised her son. She kissed both of Enobaria's checks. "Go, go," she cried and Enobaria nodded. She took Elliot's older motorcycle out of the garage and started using the back roads to the edge of town.

Emory took a deep breath and took a last look at her house. "Goodbye," she smiled and turned off the lights. She closed the door and locked it. The peacekeepers looked at her. "I'm going to the dam, there was a malfunction, I'm going to help, stay here and protect them?" They nodded and she got in her work truck. She drove all the way to the first bridge. She parked and waited. She looked at her watch, it was 8:15 and no one was there.

She sighed and was about to just ram her truck into there when someone started whistling. She turned around and a gorup of maybe 20 people showed up. Then more came out of the trees. Then more. Then more. Soon there was maybe 1-2 hundred people.

David was leading the pack, "what's the plan boss?"

She took a deep breath and then smirked. "I have explosives, one for each door. You need to get it inside or else it'll just explode the bridge, not the system, trust me, I helped design everything. We need two people per explosive." The first ones nodded and she opened the truck for them to start grabbing. "We need all of you, attack the peacekeepers, if one of hte ones holding the explosives gets shot, take over, doesn't matter who, get it in. Then when most people are at a safe distance away from the dam, I will hit this button," she said, holding up a remote. "It will set them off and you run like fucking hell, got it?" Everyone nodded. She smiled, "then let's go." Her and David picked up the first explosive and started the march.

A woman behind her started whistling the hanging tree song from yesterday. Emory was the first one to start singing, "Are you? Are you? Coming to tree?"

David joined in, "Where they strung up a man, they say, who murdered three. Strange things did happen here, no stranger would it be If we met at midnight in the hanging tree."
