"Wake up, Mom! Wake up, Dad! Come on get up!" A young Izuku Yagi shouted excitedly. Him and his sister, Izumi, were jumping on their parents bed at six thirty in the morning.

"Kids, go back to sleep, it's still early!" Inko, their mom, groaned.

"Never! Get up, today's the day!" Izumi yelled in chipper defiance. She bounced up and down on the bed, eventually landing on their dad.

"Oof! Ow, kids please, give us a minute." Toshinori, their father, wheezed as he clutched his stomach. The two kids stopped jumping, but the smiles never left their faces.

"Come on, hurry up! Today's the day! The day we get our quirks!" The two little Yagi's announced, overjoyed. Their parents sighed but smiled.

"Alright, alright. Just let us get our coffee first." Inko yawned, rubbing her eyes. Izuku scrunched his nose.

"Ew, death juice, gross! No coffee, let's go!" He shouted, resuming his jumping. Toshinori chuckled while Inko sweatdropped.

"Young Izuku, we aren't going until the afternoon. You're gonna have to be patient." Their dad said, patting Izuku's head and smiling. Izuku and Izumi's faces dropped, and they both sat down and pouted. Their parents giggled and got out of bed.

"Come on, cheer up you two! I'll make pancakes and we can turn on an All Might video!" Inko said, with a mischievous tone, trying to draw them into the idea and make them forget that they had to wait until the afternoon. And it worked wonders. The kids faces lit up faster than they had dropped, and the mood in the room instantly brightened.

"Yay! Pancakes!" Izumi shouted, hopping off the bed and running into the kitchen.

"Hey! Wait for me!" Izuku yelled indignantly, running after her. The couple sighed.

"If they're this hyper when they get their quirks, we're doomed." Toshinori said. Inko nodded.

"Yeah. Villains are more reasonable than those two."

Later that day

"Well, I got good news, and I got good news. Which do y'all wanna hear first?" Asked the doctor, grinning. The parents smiles grew, but not as much as the kids.

"Well, I think we should hear the good news first! What do you say?" Inko said, tickling Izuku. He giggled.

"Good news, good news!" He chanted, laughing. The doctor chuckled.

"Well, Izumi is going to have a stronger version of your quirk, Mrs. Yagi. And when I say strong, I mean it. With the proper training, she could lift a car within a year and not be affected. The drawback is if she uses it to long, she'll be prone to headaches and the occasional nosebleed. But that's nothing a tissue and some ibuprofen won't be able to help." He explained. Izumi grinned.

"Wow, you're gonna be a great Hero, sis!" Izuku said, eyes shining.

"And what about Izuku?" Asked Inko, her smile wide. The doctor cleared with throat.

"Izuku is a unique case. He has a dual-quirk." This shocked the whole family.

"A dual-quirk?! Really?" Toshinori exclaimed. The doctor nodded.

"Yep. And it had ties to both of your families, going back to the first generation of quirks." The family leaned in, listening intently.

The doctor continued. "Mrs. Yagi, your family has ties to a clan that had a quirk known as Angel. They specialized in healing, purification, things of that sort. Mr. Yagi, your ancestors were those of a clan that had a quirk called Demon. They were most known for being a powerhouse, with up to seven hearts." He looked at Izuku. "And now both of those quirks have merged and reside in your little boy."

The parents were stunned, but happy. "You hear that? You both are gonna be wonderful Heros one day!"

The doctor cleared his throat, drawing their attention back to him. "I hate to cut the celebration short, but there is some doctor stuff I need to talk to you about. Could you send your kids back into the waiting room?"

Toshinori nodded. "You heard him, go wait for us, we'll be out quickly."

"Okay. Come on, Zuzu." Izumi said, pulling her brother along and out of the room. When the door closed, the Yagi couple looked nervously at the doctor.

"Is there something wrong, sir?" Inko asked. The doctor shook his head.

"Not necessarily, I just need to talk to you about your son's quirk. You see, the very base of his quirk is essentially a yin-yang. He will start to act differently, mostly when using his quirk. For example, he might act more benevolent when using his Angelic powers, and he could be colder should he use his Demonic side more. But the biggest thing is that because of the Demonic aspect of his powers, there would be people who consider him a villain in the making because of that. It's unfortunate, but one of the harsh realities of living in this society that runs on quirks."

Inko paled while Toshinori nodded grimly. "We understand, and we're prepared to do everything in our power to help."

"That's good. Really, what I wanted to say was just be there for him. I've seen parents neglect or abuse their kids because of their quirk, or their lack of it. I've seen it more times than I would have liked. I just wanted to tell you to always be on his side, through thick and thin. After all, if his own parents aren't on his side, who will be?"

Inko smiled. "I promise you this. As long as he is my flesh and blood, I will never abandon him." Toshinori smiled and nodded.

"It's the same for me. I love the kid, and I'm not gonna shove him to the side because part of his quirk fits the stereotypical villain. Inko and I will never hurt him in any way." He said, holding his wifes hand.

The doctor smiled. "I'm glad to hear that. I had a feeling you would have done that even if I said nothing. You both seem like great parents, and your kids are lucky ones. Now, onto the real doctor stuff, I need you to sign this form, and you'll be good to go."
