"Hana, dul, set!" Yeji shouted, signaling for the recording to begin. ITZY and Lillian have been working on a new album for a while now, to help ensure their victory, and are still in the process of recording. As soon as the recording began, Lillian and Chaeryeong was ready to sing.

The married couple had sung their lines to the lyrics as perfect as it can be, reaching every high note, and left every low note as soothing as always. Lillian had used a variety of voices in this song, with her most famous one being a voice that was difficult to tell whether it was masculine or feminine, but always soothing.

"Very good!" Yeji shouted as she put her thumb up, signaling that the recording was finished, and the two left the recording room with bright smiles. "Now all we need, is to add some finishing beats! Got any ideas?"

"Oh! Yes, actually!" Lillian responded, jumping up and down. "Can we add an echoing affect to the end?"

"What do you mean?" Yeji asked once more, not fully understanding. "Like, what kind of echo?"

"Um..." Lillian began before checking her phone. "Have you heard my debut song, Glorious?"

"I don't think so." Yeji replied. "Sorry. I honestly did not start listening to your music until Victorious, and didn't know you existed until we went to your school, sorry. It was really only Chaeryeong who was a fan originally."

Chaeryeong's face went red, remembering how she had first met Lillian, and how she had first heard her songs from a recommendation that she got from JY Park. Lillian went back on her phone and played the ending of the song.

"So... you want an echo similar to that?" Yeji asked politely. Lillian nodded. "I mean, I do think it'd work and make the song better. But, that seems kinda difficult to do."

"I can do it!" Lillian offered. "I know how to do it! I've been doing it since I was 16."

"Sometimes, I forget you're 26." Chaeryeong said jokingly with a smile. "Makes me feel old."

The three of them laughed, but was interrupted when the doors opened. It was Ryujin. Ryujin looked pained and was clearly being bothered about something.

"Ryujin," Chaeryeong began. "what's wrong? Did something happen?"

Ryujin looked at Lillian and sighed before a tear rolled down her cheek.

"I uh... well... JYP told Yuna to tell you this, Lillian, but Yuna didn't want to but uh... we're getting a flight to Montana." Ryujin stumbled, fiddling with her fingers in the process. Her voice was shaky, which definitely wasn't normal. "We all are..."

"Why? Is the next event happening there? Why are you upset?" Lillian asked. Ryujin just looked down.

"Well uh... the next event isn't happening there. It's actually... been postponed because we wouldn't be able to make it on time." Ryujin started. "We're going because um... your mother's in the hospital, Lillian."

Lillian's eyes went wide, and her face went serious immediately. "What do you mean she's in the hospital?"

"JYP has been talking to your mother about the event things since she doesn't get to watch it on the television normally, and apparently, your mother isn't feeling well." Ryujin explained. "He said that she would've messaged you about it, but that she didn't want to tell you directly, because she knew you'd be hurt."

"When's the flight?" Lillian asked immediately, and Ryujin sighed.

"JYP has a private jet that's taking us in around eight hours." Ryujin replied. "I would've told you sooner, but I just found out."
