"Whatcha thinking about, honey?" I heard Caroline ask.

I slid over on the tan wicker couch I had recently placed on the deck- along with the rest of the set consisting of two other wicker chairs and a table- to make room as Caroline sat next to me. I brushed her hair to the side and rested my head on her shoulder as I wrapped her in my arms.

"Nothing much, just about last month and how I became Mr. EOTY for a third time. I'm still so happy."

She placed her hand on my arm which was wrapped around her and slowly rubbed her thumb back and forth. "I am too. I'm glad that you won. You deserved it more than any one of the others. Honestly, Garth was probably just nominated for returning this year." She started to whisper seductively. "You beat a legend and became a legend in the bedroom that night."

I growled in her ear. "I was stoked that you remembered to pack condoms or else we'd of both lucked out."

She patted my arm. "You'd be lost without me."

"Oh trust me, I was for nineteen years. " I kissed her neck and smiled, relishing in how happy I was now that Caroline was in my life.

"I'm also glad that your fans took to me well." Caroline said.

"Oh, I knew they would. They've been badgering me for years to go find someone and have been expressing their sympathy. See, there's three groups of fans. People who like my music, people who just like my ass and looks, and people who like all of it; they love the whole package. They could care less if I didn't shake my behind on stage every night. Now, that last group, those are my dedicated fans that love me dearly I'm sure. They're the ones that cry when they meet me and touch me for the first time saying in disbelief, 'You're Luke Bryan. You're real.' Most of those fans already knew about you and were overjoyed to know that we were back together."

She had moved and sat next to me, a big smile had grown evident on her face. I returned the smile.

"Here, let's check my Twitter. I'm sure there's a bunch of tweets to me mentioning you." I pulled out my phone and opened Twitter to my timeline, flashing a quick smile, realizing that I was right. "Ah, here's one. Go ahead, read them"

Caroline took my phone from me and began to scroll and read aloud.

"@jessa_23q 'Let's talk about how gorgeous Luke Bryan's new woman is. @LukeBryanOnline' @LukeBryanFanz717 'I'm so glad Caroline & Luke are back together! They're a beautiful couple! @LukeBryanOnline'" Caroline looked up and handed me back my phone with a huge grin on her face. "Wow, that's amazing."

I leaned over and kissed her forehead. "That it is."

"Mm baby, I can't believe I did it." I moaned as I picked Caroline up in my arms. She squeezed my neck.

"I can believe it. You've worked so hard." She said. I set her back down.

I looked down at her and smiled, toying with a strand of hair. "I'm just glad to have such amazing fans that steer this awesome career God allowed me to have and a family who supports me no matter what. I know I can always turn to my family whenever. "

She smiled and grabbed my hand, leading us towards the dressing room door. "Well, Mr. Entertainer of The Year, why don't we go to the after party?"

"You head that way. I'll catch up to you in a minute. I just need to grab something." I let go of her hand and unzipped my suitcase, pulling out a more comfortable outfit. "Besides, Brooke and Derrick should be there by now. I gave them access to the party."
