Part 4

Late at night, when everyone was in their beds, Brooklyn stayed awake on her bed. She was messing around with her old TV. There was a buzzing noise coming from the speakers. She hit her hand on it a few times and the blank screen became full. On the screen, there was a skinny man with blonde hair. 10K was going to go inside Brooklyn's room to talk to her when he heard her ask, "Simon?" Someone responded to her, "Brooklyn!" "Oh my god it's you! I haven't seen you in forever," she said as she looked at Citizen Z (Simon) who was on the screen. "How are you?" She asked. "I'm great! Oh look! I got a new dog! His name is Jeff," he said. "Just like dad," she said softly. "So how are you doing?" He asked. "Oh! Delta X Ray Delta made it! The package is safe and Operation Bite Mark is go," she said happily. "Awesome! You don't mind that they are staying with you do you?" "Oh no! They're super chill. Especially that 10K. He's super cool," she said shyly. "Aw that's cute," he said. "What?" "You kinda like a guy...He's not a z...He can keep you safe...It's perfect!" He said. "Simon! Shut up!" Simon laughed. The image began to shake and it was hard to understand him. "Simon? I think you're breaking up with me," she said. The screen went black once again. "Goodbye big brother," she said into the screen and she set it on the floor. 10K had heard the entire conversation, and he was smiling the whole time. He walked away to his bedroom.
