It's Halloween in Seattle and the firefighters just had gotten back from a call.
"Alright 19! Hit the-" Maya says, getting interrupted by the klaxon going off again.
AID CAR 19
REPORT; STAB VICTIM ON WEST LIME ST
The people on aid car run to the truck.
"Who would stab someone? On Halloween to say the least" Jack asks.
"Sick people, that's who" Vic says.
The firefighters on aid car drive to where they were requested.
"My brother was stabbed! His names Ronan and my names Nia" The biracial woman says. "Please help!"
"What's going on Nia?" Vic asks.
"My brother was stabbed! His name is Ronan" Nia states.
"Is he breathing?" Maya asks.
"I-I don't know" Nia answers the blonde fire captain.
"He's breathing cap, just bleeding a lot!" Travis shouts.
"Right 19, let's get him to Grey Sloan!" Maya shouts.
The firefighters get Ronan and Nia into the rig.
"He's gonna be okay" Maya reassures.

Station 19 finally get back to barn after about 10 more calls.
"God, I'm exhausted" Maya plops on the bed in the bunk. Just then they get another call.
AID CAR 19
REPORT; SHOOTING ON CARTER ST
There's a chorus of groans.
"I'm so done with this day" Andy says.
"I think we all are" Vic agrees.
"This is like last years 4th of July all over again" Jack states.
The firefighters go to where the incident is.
Adalyn runs up to the firefighters. "Help, help! My twin brother was shot!"
"By who?" Maya asks.
"I-I don't know...some guy?" Adalyn says.
"What's your brothers name, miss?" Jack asks.
"His name is Acacius" Adalyn says.
"Okay. Don't worry we'll save him" Maya reassures.
"Thank you"
The firefighters work to save Acacius' life and take Adalyn and Acacius to the hospital.

When the firefighters get back to the station they come to find Carina standing there with her and Maya's daughter Ashlyn.
Carina walks over to Maya with their daughter as the rest of the team hits the showers. "Hi bella"
"Hi my love" Maya says to Carina. "Hi my baby girl" She then says to Ashlyn.
"Ashlyn looks so cute in her little panda costume" Maya adds.
"I know and I'm a doctor for Halloween" Carina smiles.
"Yes, you are a very sexy doctor" Maya says.
"Mmm thank you"
Maya and Carina go trick or treating with Ashlyn and then go home to get rest.
