joeys game!
weeks have passed and it's now the week i'm going to go see one of joeys games. our boys had a bye week this week which was good. i wouldn't miss a game.
i didn't exactly tell patrick i'd be going to maryland (that's where the game is happening) for joe, i lied and said i was going there for a photoshoot.
he practically begged to come with but i told him no and i'd be fine.
the reason i lied was because i know patrick, he wouldn't of let me go even if i really wanted to and if he knew that, he'd still say no.
i sit in my hotel room now, laying on my bed while texting joey. the game was at 6:30 and i had arrived in maryland at 12 so i had the whole day to do nothing.

i pulled on my uggs before grabbing my keys and heading out the door. when i reached my car, i had an incoming call from patrick.
shit.
i quickly hopped inside and hit accept, holding the phone up to my ear, "hey babe," was the first thing he said along with a lot of shouting in the background.
"hey, what's with all the yelling?" i asked with a laugh, pulling out of the lot.
"travis being travis," patrick sighed, "you headed to the photoshoot yet?" he asked.
"yup, heading over right now," i hated lying to him, it felt horrible, "look, can i call you later? i need my phone for the directions."
"of course, don't need you getting lost in maryland," patrick teased and i could feel his smirk through the damn phone.
