The next morning, we finally arrived in Delhi, exhausted from our adventure in Dehradun. As soon as I could, I dialled Arjun Bhai's number to give him an update and hear any news he may have discovered.

Arjun Bhai answered the phone, "What's up?"

I quickly replied, "The man you suggested meeting in Dehradun, wasn't much help. He claims that Dad took the sword out of the Mauryan cave years ago and he has no information beyond that." I continued, "And he gave us a warning that if Amaya has the locket, we have to be careful with the other two objects."

Arjun Bhai sighed and responded, "Yeah we are hearing the same thing from any other source." I chuckled as it was true." He continued "We need to find more information about the sword as it might be our only hope to safeguard at least one of the mystics."

I couldn't help but feel frustrated. It had been a year since we started this quest to find the sword and it felt like we were losing ground with each passing day. After Amaya has acquired the locket, she has one-third of the power to unite the elements of nature. The ring is nowhere to be found. No one knows its last information. It's like the ring has vanished without a trace. The sword is our only hope for now.

I agreed with him, but couldn't help but feel frustrated. "This has been going on for a year now and we still don't have any solid leads. Did Rajat Uncle find anything?"

" No, but let's meet at the mansion and we'll discuss what to do next". Replied Arjun.

Rajat Uncle and Arjun Bhai are my closest allies. They had been with me from the very beginning and had trained me in combat and fighting techniques since I was a child. After Amaya killed my father, they became even more important to me. Rajat Uncle had been my father's closest friend and he had made it his mission to ensure I was prepared to take on the mantle of the Saraswat clan.

The Saraswat clan was founded by three powerful individuals who possessed the powers to control elements of nature: fire, earth, water, air, and space. These powers were passed down through the generations, and I was one of the current successors. While Arjun Bhai had a natural affinity for fire and earth, my powers lay in controlling wind and space.

As I made my way to the mansion, I couldn't help but wonder what our next move should be. We had hit a dead end with the sword and Amaya was getting closer to achieving her goal with each passing day.

I entered the Saraswat mansion and saw my mother sitting on the couch waiting for me.

I went inside and gave Mumma a hug.

"How was your trip, did you enjoy or were you working the whole time?" she asked.

After hugging my mother, I sat down on the couch next to her. "The trip was fine. We didn't find what we were looking for, and we're still on the hunt," I replied with a sigh.

Suddenly, my mind wandered to the girl with light brown eyes and caramel-wavy hair. I fell for her the moment I saw her a year ago but had never been able to muster the courage to talk to her, so when she came in front of me, I lost my voice and senses. She is the epitome of beauty.

Being in this business, we can not show our weaknesses. When I came to know she was there when I met Anil Uncle at the camping site, I lost it. I would never want her to involve in this business.

It is dangerous.

It is scary.

And most importantly I would never risk her.

"I met Anil uncle during my camping but couldn't find anything useful,". She raised her eyes but I continued, " I have called Arjun bhai to discuss what to do next". I said.

She nodded in agreement and said, "Okay, you freshen up and I will prepare something for you".

I nodded and went up to my room. The hot bathtub was waiting for me. The bathroom was dimly lit, and a faint scent of lavender filled the air. The hot steam rising from the bathtub in front of me was like a beckoning hand, inviting me to sink into its warm embrace. I closed my eyes and let out a contented sigh. The hot water caressed my skin, easing away the stresses of the day.

After I stepped out of my room, I saw Arjun bhai and Rajat Uncle seated in the living room.

"How was your trip, son?" Rajat uncle asked.

"No luck this time! In fact, I saw Amaya's people there. I saw them from the train, flying in their vehicle. Though they didn't attack us, I am sure they know that we are hunting the sword." I replied

"Dehradun was our hope. What to do now?" Arjun bhai asked.

"Leave it to me now, I will try to gather some more details and let you guys know when I have the required information. Meanwhile, stay careful. Amaya doesn't know we are here and it is good this way." Rajat uncle said.

I nodded and they all left.

My eyes suddenly fell to my wrist where the tattoo is imprinted. Three interlinked triangles that depicts the saviours of Earth, a mark of the Saraswat clan. It reminded me of our mission and the responsibility we carried. I knew we couldn't afford to fail.
