"Hold on, let me process that information." Nari put her hands on her temple, slowly encircling it. She was trying to calm down.
"Okay, eat that." Hana put Nari's favorite food before her. Nari has been pestering Hana since they reached her house. Jeno tried to convince Hana to stay in their home for him to take care of her. But Hana said Nari's here to take care of her and he doesn't have to worry. Somehow Nari made Hana to open up. I mean, that's what she thinks

"So, your family is one of the biggest mafia families, and the guys I met earlier are also from other mafia families. The one who was trying to kill you, is the members of another mafia family who are your enemies." She summarized Hana's story, in response which Hana nodded and sipped her tea.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier, I've been your friend for years now. I feel like I barely know you Hana." Nari got up, Hana grabbed her wrist and forced her to resume her initial position.

"It's not something I should be proud of. Who wants others to know they're part of a Mafia family, especially when it comes to their friends." Nari sighed, looking at the way her friend sat across from her.

"Hana, I'm your friend, I know you don't trust anybody around you, including me. But, I trust you. I don't know what you have gone through. I want you to know that I'll be around for you no matter what. I know you don't believe those words. I'll prove it to you." Nari laid her hands on her hand, smiling warmly at her.
Hana reciprocated her smile.

"Is that why you learned how to fight since you were a child?"
"Yes, We actually learned together."

"Okay, something's been bugging me since I entered the base." Nari suddenly realized that the incident had occurred on the base.
"What is it?"

"What's going on between you and Jaemin?" Nari waving her eyebrows with a snide smile on her face.
"There nothing going on." Hana breathed out.
"I could clearly see the tension between you guys. In fact, he made quite a fuss about your injury. You have no idea how much he scolded Ara and Haechan about not taking care of you. I could see it in his eyes Hana, he was really concerned."
"Oh!!" Hana could only mutter in response. That's the reason I hate him she thought.

They spent hours together. Mostly Nari talking and Hana listening. Hana fell asleep on the couch. Nari was still awake.

Nari was reminiscing the day she first met Hana.

"Nari, you are back?" The little girl with the glasses exclaimed, excited about seeing her friend after a week.
"Yes, yes." The outgoing girl joined her group with a profuse grin. She was the kind of person who befriended everybody. She could just walk up to people and become their friends.
