Words can lie. See beyond them.

- Victoria Aveyard

May 22

Nari's funeral was carried out privately. Her father and brother came from France. They decided to arrange the funeral in Korea as they were the only members of their family. In the beginning, her father was mad at Hana. He yelled after Hana for bringing her to Korea. Hana's father attended the funeral at the right moment and somehow helped him calm down. Hana left the funeral so that it wouldn't hurt them too much when they look at her.

Renjun hasn't spoken to anyone or eaten anything, he sat at the corner of the funeral hall and stared at the photo placed in the middle. Nari's brother walked up to him and sat next to him.

"You must be Renjun, right?" Renjun turned towards the voice, everything seemed blurry as he had been crying for a long time. He rubbed his eyes so that he could see the person belonging to the voice.
"I heard a lot about you. Since the day she landed here, all she ever talked about was you." He said. This only made him sadder. He nodded in response.

"When we were little, I always cried in silence and she always showed up when I cried, then she made me promise not to cry. I'm sure she wouldn't like to see you in that position." He stood up, patted him and left.

Hana is now back to the Hana who didn't care about anything. She was at the base whole time.

"Hana, you haven't slept or eaten three days. Come eat something. I cooked your favorite food." Hana wasn't listening to Jaemin. So, he pulled her chair closer towards him and cupped her cheeks so that she would listen to him. But Hana pushed his hands.

"Jaemin, why don't you understand what I'm saying. Leave me alone." Hana shouted.
"Okay, Just eat something. I will surely leave you alone after that." He knew she was sensitive at the moment, so he spoke calmly.

"Why don't you fucking understand Jaemin. Because of you I totally lost my focus and I lost my best friend. He told me not to lose focus and still I did. You only know how to distract people. What's wrong with you?" No way she just said that. He stood up abruptly from the seat. He was hurt, he was fucking hurt.

"So, now you are blaming me for Nari's death, Hana. I cannot believe I fell in love with someone selfish as you. You only care about you. Learn how to respect people's feelings Lee Hana." He walked away. That's when it hit her what nonsense she has said to him.

He was right, she's selfish, she was just thinking about what she lost. All these days, she let everyone walk away from her life. She's not gonna let him leave now. She ran towards his office. The door was locked.

"Jaemin, open the door." She kept on knocking the door continuously, but he didn't respond at all. After a couple of minutes, she sat at the door.
"Jaemin, I'm not gonna leave until I speak to you."

He opened the door, which made her loose her balance and fall. He leaned in and helped her get back on her feet. When she balanced herself on her foot, he left her and sat down on his chair. She locked the door and stood in front of him.

"Jaemin I... I never meant what I said. I was just.. not in the right mind and you kept on asking me to eat and I was just." She sighed. "Sorry Jaemin, I shouldn't have said that. I agree I'm selfish, I didn't even think about your feelings." Hana said sorry, she said sorry, that's the only thing that was circulating in his mind.

"Come here." He said, patting his lap. She slowly walked and sat on his lap with pouted lips.
"You see, I know you've been through a lot, and I apologize for saying it. I was hurt, I thought I meant something to you, the moment you said that I was blank. I don't think you're selfish." He placed her hair behind her ears.

"Sorry Jaemin." She didn't know what else to say.
"It's alright, I'm glad you decided to talk it out." She hugged him tightly.

"Rex, you did a really good job. Now, let's bring her down completely.

"Do you think we can do it alone? I think we should include them."

"No Rex, how can I tell them about this? It has been confidential since the beginning. I don't want dream to get hurt too."

"You know what? Think and decide, I don't want anything to be ruined."

"Okay. I will think and let you know."

"Who are you talking to Lee Hana?"
Hana panicked as she turned around and found Renjun leaning towards the door.

"Nothing..." she trailed. "Just.. Someone I know." She shrugged and walked through the door.

"Who's Rex and what are you hiding from us?" He questioned. She stopped in her tracks.
"I told you nothing, Renjun."

"You know right, it won't take much time for me to find him." He turned towards her.
"What's happening here?" Mark questioned. Everybody was down there now. She shook her head signalling him to not say anything.

"She's hiding something from us. She was talking to someone named Rex and she even mentioned our name, saying she's not ready to say anything to us."

"Hana, what is it?" Jeno questioned. Everyone began to pester her. She finally gave in.

"Okay, I returned back to Korea only to take revenge on her and Rex is someone who has been helping me till now. I didn't want to involve you guys in this, since now you know this, if you guys want to help me, it will be helpful."
"What are you talking about? I don't get it."

"Chenle, I know you guys must have forgotten about what happened on March 23, 2011, but much more has happened than we know."
