Karina POV

The next morning came, the girls all woke up early feeling excited. We had breakfast with manager unnie at the dorm, she even asked why we woke up early on a rest day. We just said that we had plans to go shopping.

Not long after, manager unnie left the dorm to attend her meeting at the headquarters.

"All right, you guys ready?" I asked my members.

"Yess let's goo" Winter answered.

"I'm so excited!" Ningning continued.

"I'll call a taxi to pick us up" Giselle said as she browsed through her phone.

After a few minutes, the taxi arrived and we all got in and told the driver to go the hospital that Y/N was in. The driver didn't seem to recognise us, he does seem old and we were wearing masks and hoodies.

Later, we stopped at a nearby shop to buy some flowers and snacks to surprise Y/N after being apart from him for too long.

Then after the long trip, we have finally arrived at the hospital and paid the driver for his service. We entered the building and asked one of the receptionist about Y/N's room, luckily he was still in the same room where we last met and left him with heavy hearts.

We walked down the hallway feeling nervous and anxious. Then we arrived at his door, we all took a deep breath before knocking and opening the door.

As we entered, we were greeted by Y/N's mother who seemed like she was tired from her face, but Y/N was still sleeping. Maybe he's tired, we all thought.

"Oh hi girls. Long time no see" She greeted and stood to welcome us.

"Hello eomoni" We said as we bowed and hug her.

"You look tired eomoni" I said to her.

"Why is Y/N oppa still sleeping at this hour" Ningning continued after.

"Oh didn't your manager told you?" Y/N's mother asked.

"She did but she didn't told us the full details" Giselle answered.

"Ahhh i see, its just that Y/N is currently in a coma state ever since the surgery" she continued.

Our heart dropped after she said the word coma. Manager unnie was lying to us about Y/N's condition this whole time. That explains why his mother look tired. I cried and went on to hug his mother.

"Hey why are you crying now?" His mother asked while patting my back

"Our manager told us that Y/N was feeling better last week b-but she lied" I broke down in tears.

"I wish that was true, she must've had her reasons" She tried to console me.

The other girls also cried and surrounded Y/N's bed where he has been sleeping for the past few weeks. We blamed ourselves and his mother cried trying to deny us.

"This is all our fault" Winter cried.

"No, that's not true" Y/N's mother denied.

"We should have protected him from those people" Giselle continued.

"Listen girls, I know Y/N's heart and he will never regret doing what he does which is protecting you and I'm sure he wants you guys to stay strong and not worry about him" His mother spoke out.

"That does sound like Y/N" I replied while wiping my tears away with a smile thinking about Y/N.

"Now that's the smile i want to see" His mother said, she kinda reminds me of Y/N.
