After thinking for a while at the cafe, I decided to discuss the matter with Karina and headed my way back to the dorm.

On the way back home, I called my mom to ask for her opinion.

"Hey mom"

"Hello Y/N, how are you sweetie, where's Jimin" She responded.

"I'm all good, she's at the dorm now. I just met the guy that you told me to contact last time" I told her.

"Oh really, so how did it go?"

"Apparently he was dad's assistant at work. He gave me a letter from dad saying that he wants me to replace his place when he's gone. What should I do?"

"Knowing your father's job, that is a big spot to fill. You should take it, it's kind of like a promotion for you hahaha" My mom joked.

"Hahaha stop joking mom. Don't you think that they might question my presence and experience? It might affect the company's environment" I said to her.

"You'll do fine Y/N, your father was a good guy, I'm sure they'll like you too" My mom assured me.

"Ok thanks mom, I'm almost home now. I'll ask Karina's opinion before deciding. Byee"

"No problem son, tell Jiminie and the girls I said hi. Byeee" My mom said and ended the call.

As soon as I entered the dorm, I was greeted by a delicious smell. I peeked over at the kitchen and saw Karina cooking up something with her back facing me. I also saw Winter who was busy chopping up some vegetables, she saw me and I place my finger on my lips gesturing her to keep quiet making her give me a cheeky smirk.

I sneakily approached Karina in the back trying to surprise her.

"I know you're there jagiya" Karina said before I even had the chance to surprise her.

"What? How did you know?" I asked her and proceeded to back hug her.

"We heard the front door open dummy hahahah" Winter laughed out loud.

"How did the meeting go?" Karina asked me in a very loving tone.

"Oh about that, I actually have something to discuss with you later" I replied to her.

"Why not now?" Winter who was curious stopped her actions and faced us.

"Hahahah it's an adult talk, you don't have to know" I joked making her pout and continued doing the ingredients.

"I'm an adult too you know!" Winter said but still sounding like a child.

"Yeah yeah hahah, i shouldn't be disturbing you guys. I'll be in my room bye" I gave Karina a quick peck on her cheeks and headed to my room.

After a few hours, the girls have called me for dinner which was made by Karina and Winter. We enjoyed the wonderful foods prepared by them.

As soon as we finished eating, I was on washing duty with Giselle. Good thing we did our job so quick that we could join the others in the living room watching some movies.

When I joined them, Karina reminded me about the thing that I wanted to talk to her privately.

"Jagi what was it that you were trying to tell me earlier?" Karina asked.

"Oh yeah, I almost forgot about it"

"Wanna talk about it in our room?" Karina suggested to me.

"Actually it's fine to talk about it here with the others" I changed my mind about talking about it privately with Karina. The others could also help give me suggestions that way.

"About the meeting just now, it was actually with my father's personal assistant from his company. He wanted me to take over his place...." I briefly told them.

"Whoa what position and company are we even talking about?" Giselle asked in excitement.

"He was the co-CEO for ADOR....." I hesitantly told them.

"ADOR?!?! You mean New Jeans??" Winter raised her voice.

I nodded and they went on to dance and sing to New Jean's song 'Hype Boy'. We all laughed and I glanced over to Karina who has been quiet the whole time.

"Hey what's wrong? Why are you so silent?" I asked her as I went closer to her side and wrapped her around my arms.

"Nothing... It's just that with you having this new job, that means-" I cut off her words before she can even finish it.

"Don't worry, I won't leave you. And besides, I haven't even accepted the offer. I might have to discuss this with our CEO first" I told her and she snuggled closer to me.

"I'm not telling you to reject the offer but you having that kind of title might affect our relationship" Karina sadly said.

"Hey listen, I am going to look for a way to make this work. If there's somehow no way, I'll simply reject the offer" I said to Karina as I caress her cheeks.

"I love you so much Y/N" Karina said and pecked my lips.

I pulled her in for a longer kiss and Giselle used her hands to block the vision of the maknae line as they whined.

"Haish at least do that in your room, there are kids here" Giselle spoke out making us stop and laugh.

Both Winter and Ningning shouted and pouted after we had stopped.

Then Karina pulled me to our room as we say our 'goodnights' to the others. As soon as we entered the room, she closed the door and locked it as she looked at me while biting her lips with a seducing stare.

"Uhm what are you doing?" I asked her.

"Let's do it baby. I want you tonight" She spoke in a seductive tone as she caress my body.

"Are you sure?" I asked her again trying to make sure she won't regret it after.

She nodded and leaned closer to me and said "I'm safe now" while smirking.

I proceeded to pull her in for a very passionate kiss as if we were both hungry for each other's touch.

After we had that spicy moment, Karina immediately fell asleep while cuddling me as our bare body was touching eachother.

I pondered for a while before falling asleep myself. I texted SM's CEO before I went to sleep, stating that I wanted to meet him for an important matter.
