The powerful teenager stood in the middle of the faux city, his fists clenched at his sides. The steel corpses of robotic beings laid out before him, as evident by his bloodied fists.
A camera was zoomed in on him to show his battle hungry face. A quick zoom out showed hundreds upon hundreds of destroyed bots piled up over each other. The only one made of flesh and blood standing tall above them.
His strength was phenomenal. And his speed was gold standard. It had to be some kind of record of how quickly he had finished the test.
The group of heroes watching from above were astonished. This kid was an absolute monster among men. He was a beast incarnate. The essence of excellence in terms of raw power and strength.
"I fear for the villains." Nezu spoke. The other silently agreed with him. After what they witnessed, it's no surprise they'd feel that way. Sure, they themselves were skillful heroes, but none had the physical prowess to demolish basically an entire army of machines.
"This is the Tiger of Musutafu?" Nemuri questioned. "I doubt we'll ever be able to beat him."
Aizawa hummed next to her. "I know so many fighting techniques, and yet I doubt I'd be able to overcome is monstrous strength."
Now, why were these pro heroes so surprised at some kids' strength when literally All Might exists? Well, that's because his strength doesn't come from his quirk. It comes from his well developed body after years of fighting.
Izuku himself stated that his Quirk isn't super strength and that his strength his natural. His actual Quirk is the ability to freeze time time by holding his breath. Time is stopped for however long he can hold his breath.
It may not seem like much, but for a boxer like Izuku? It's a godsend. In that time span, he can basically knock the lights out of anyone, paired up with his incredible step in. Overpowered!
If it was a game of cat and mouse and he was the cat, the cat would always win.
That is the awesome power of the Tiger of Musutafu.
"Midoriya Izuku! You have passed this portion of the test perfectly. Please proceed back to the examination room so we can start with the second part." A voice in the intercom was heard to which Izuku recognized the voice as Nezu's.
The other part of the exam wasn't too bad has he himself was fairly knowledgeable thanks to him studying with Ochaco. Normally, he wouldn't care for academics, but his incredible memory helped him remember some answers from the study guide.
One memorable and quite humorous moment was the question about what to do in the case of a hostage situation. Izuku rashly responded that he would simply murder the guy. That's just what he would do based on an incident that took place a couple of years ago where some bullies had taken Ochaco. So, his answer was based on past memories.
But other than that, the rest of the exam went smoothly.
"I believe he performed admirably." Nezu was ecstatic deep inside. "Despite his attitude, he has clearly shown a remarkable amount of heroism despite his violent past. He shall be in Class 1-B!"
None of the teachers disagreed with him. Although Vlad King was slightly fearful for his students.
"Midoriya! I'm happy to announce that you have passed the exam and shall be placed in the hero course as soon as possible! We just need to take your measurements for your school uniform, and then you may be on your merry way. Alternatively, you could go introduce yourself to your future class. I have already informed the teacher about you."
