Back to school today, wonderful. I change into some dark blue skinny jeans and a grey jumper, before heading off to school. I walk straight to Caspar's locker, and slide the note into his locker. Then I walk away. That was the closure, it's entirely over.

Then I walk to my locker, where Cara is waiting. She rushes over and hugs me. I smile, hugging her back.

"Hey," Cara grins.

"Hey," I reply, smiling. Cara's skirt is a lot shorter than normal, her top is lower, and she has changed for the few days I've been off.

"I sat with Ashley while you were gone, she was really nice, you should be friends with her too," Cara says, smiling at me. I freeze at the mention of Ashley's name, and try to force a smile.

"Nah," I reply, and Cara rolls her eyes.

"Sorry, I've got to go, bye," Cara rushes, before walking over to Ashley. Great, another person I've lost to Ashley. I groan, hitting my head against the locker several times.

"Hitting your head against the locker doesn't help," River chuckles from behind me. I turn around and face him, raising an eyebrow.

"Well a girl can try," I mutter, glancing over and Cara. I freeze then in shock, and start to feel dizzy, though I have no right to feel like it. Caspar and Cara are kissing. Cara knows what he did to me, I thought Cara hated him. Though that clearly isn't the case. Then it makes sense. That's why Ashley's being nice to Cara. She's acting, Ashley just wants Caspar. Cara glances at me out of the corner of her eye, and sends me a look. It isn't apologetic, or taunting, it's sarcastic. As in I got the guy.

"Why is the world so unbelievably stupid?" I groan, hitting my head against the locker again. River frowns, turning me round to face him.

"The world has gone mad. Cara's turned mad, and has suddenly got the attention of Caspar, Ashley is using Cara to get to Caspar, and Caspar is actually innocent for once. The world is mad," I say, and River chuckles.

"The world has always been mad," River chuckles, before we head to first lesson.

At lunch, I sit down at my normal table, and Cara joins me with Caspar, as if to just rub salt in the wound.

"Hey Cara, hey Caspar," I say, forcing a smile. Thank god for acting skills.

"Hey Ria," Cara grins, before smashing her lips against his. So much for girl code. Someone sits down next to me, and I look up to see River, Oli, Lucas, Marcus and Charlie at our table.

"Is Ria not getting any action?" Oli teases.

"I'd rather not be having action than making out with that douche," I mutter, so Cara and Caspar don't hear. Then Ashley joins our table with her troop. Ashley sends me a sickly sweet smile, and I smile innocently back.

"You know what, just fuck it," I say, before standing up and walking over to a random table and sitting down. Luckily, I choose a table with nice people on, and they send me sympathetic smiles. I force a smile, before quickly finishing my lunch. I leave the table quickly, and head to next lesson early.

After school, I head to the hospital for my regular therapy sessions. I walk into the hospitals and head to the room where my therapist, Terry, and open the door. Terry looks up and smiles at me. I sit down and Terry takes his clipboard in his hand.

"So, Rihanna, how are you today?" Terry asks.

"Okay," I reply, vaguely.

"Explain your week," Terry says, and I sigh.

"The bad points: Well, Caspar returned last week, which want great. We got into an argument, and I got suspended, which was great, because I didn't have to see him until today. He sent me a letter, and I forgave him. Then I found out today that Cara, my best friend, and Caspar are having this thing, as they were having some serious make out session. I also found out that Cara is now best friends with Ashley, and basically both the people who hate me have taken away the one person who liked me," I say, sighing.

"And how do you feel about this?" Terry asks.

"Like punching someone round the face, preferably one of those three people," I reply, and Terry nods.

"What about the good points?" Terry asks.

"I got a new neighbour who is in my year at school. He's alright, I guess. He played this ridiculous prank on my so I cling filmed his car. Then my Mum's boyfriend visited for the weekend, and he proposed. I sung a song, and went for a picnic and ice skating," I reply, and Terry nods.

"Do you like your Mum's boyfriend, well fiancé?" Terry asks.

"Yeah, he's really nice," I reply, smiling.

"Okay, I'm thinking maybe we higher your anxiety tablet dosage," Terry informs me, and I nod.

"Takes four tablets a day," Terry says, and I nod, before I leave. I walk out the hospital, and start walking home. Now I have to have even more of those horrible tablets. I sigh, walking home in the dark. Then someone walks towards me, and smirk at me.

"If it isn't Rihanna Lancaster, how are you feeling today?" Ashley drawls, scowling at me.

"Fantastic, how about you? Jealous of Cara?" I say, and Ashley scowls.

"One day, I will get you back for everything you've done for me, just you wait," Ashley spits, before walking away. I watch her, and for once, I'm scared of her. For she's no longer Sharpay Evans off of High School Musical, she's Tracy Barlow off of Coronation Street, and I'm Carla Conner. And I am in trouble.

I shake my head clear of my thoughts, before heading home. I reach the house at about eight. I go straight upstairs, and lie on my bed, screaming into my pillow. Why is my life like a fucking soap opera?!
