Chapter Fifteen: Filming.

After school on Tuesday, I walk out the school and catch up with Oli, knowing that I better speak to him.
"Oli!" I call, catching up with him.
"Hi Ria," Oli says, placing a smile on his face.
"Er, I just wanted to say sorry about yesterday, I don't like you like that, sorry," I apologise, and Oli smiles.
"It's fine," Oli smiles, and I smile slightly back.
"Sorry," I say, and Oli chuckles.
"It's fine, you know me, I'll be with some other girl next week," Oli chuckles, and I grin.
"Good," I smile.
"You're friends with the new girl then?" Oli asks, and I grin.
"Yeah, she's nice," I reply, and Oli chuckles.
"Good, Cara seems like a bitch," Oli says, and I smile.
"She never used to be, not until now," I reply, sighing.
"Oh, anyway this is my house, so I'll see you tomorrow," Oli grins, before leaving. I continue walking down the street until I reach my house. I'm just about to go inside when I see Zach walking down the street holding hands with this girl. The girl is obviously pretty, with nice brown hair and grey eyes.
"Ria!" Zach calls, and I turn to face them.
"Hey Zach," I reply, sending a smile at the girl.
"You said you wanted to meet her, so there you are. This is my girlfriend, Rachel, Rachel, this is my neighbour Rihanna," Zach smiles, and Rachel smiles at me.
"Hey Rachel, nice to meet you," I smile, shaking her hand. Rachel grins back, showing her perfect white teeth.
"Nice to meet you too," Rachel replies, grinning.
"So, when did you finally ask her out?" I wink at Zach, and both Zach and Rachel blush.
"Like, the day after I spoke to you," Zach admits, and I smirk.
"How then?" I ask Rachel, who looks down.
"He stood up on a table with a bouquet of flowers and asked me out," Rachel blushes, and Zach smirks.
"Well done, Zach, you'll be like your brother in no time," I smirk, and Zach rolls his eyes.
"Bye Ria," Zach says, and I grin.
"Bye Zach, bye Ria," I smile, before they walk over to his house. I go inside my house, and head straight upstairs. I open my bedroom door, and see India sat on my bed.
"Sorry, your mum let me in," India says, and I grin.
"Hey," I smile, sitting down next to her.
"Hi, I was bored, so I came over, sorry if you're busy," India says, and I laugh.
"It's fine, what do you want to do?" I ask, and India smiles.
"Have any video games?" India questions.
"You are my new best friend, I have call of duty, if you like," I say, and India nods. I take out two controllers and we start to play. India is good, about the same level as me, so killing zombies in exo zombies is easy.
"So, who is this River guy then?" India asks, after we've finished playing the game.
"My neighbour," I reply, taking out my phone.
"You two seem close," India states, and I shrug.
"I guess, I only met him this term. He pranked me, here's a picture, and my revenge is the picture next to it," I say, showing India a picture of my room and of his car. India grins, and I smile.
"Do you like him? Like, more than a friend?" India asks, and I raise an eyebrow. Is it obvious?
"Maybe," I say, and India grins.
"That's cute," India says, and I roll my eyes.
"Can I tell you something, and you promise not to run off and leave me?" I ask, and India frowns. I'm going to be honest with this girl, I don't want to keep anything from her. Then I start to tell her the whole story, even the parts I never told River. India looks shocked, and I smile uneasily.
"How could he do that to you?" India asks, and I shrug.
"He was drunk, I guess," I reply, and India frowns.
"I'm so sorry," India says, hugging me. I smile, and I know that I have a true friend in India. Mum opens the door then, and looks flustered.
"India darling, will you be a bridesmaid for my wedding? I'm one bridesmaid short," Mum asks, a pleading look in her eye.
"What? I only just came here," India says, and Mum rolls her eyes.
"Well I dropped Cara, so I need you to. Please," Mum pleads, and India smiles.
"I would love to, I've never been a bridesmaid," India gushes, and Mum grins.
"Thank you," Mum says, hugging her quickly before leaving the room.
"Your mum's getting married?" India asks, and I nod.
"To this guy called Martin, who is in the army. He's finished in the army not this Friday, next Friday, and they're getting married not this Saturday but the Saturday after," I reply, and India nods.
"Can I stay over the night before and the night after?" India asks, and I nod.
"Sure, it'll be fun," I reply, smiling.
"Cool, I'm looking forward to it," India grins, and I smile.
"Should we start filming our video?" I ask, and India nods. I pick up the recording camera, before we head outside, where it is already dark.
"I was thinking we could do it in the woods," I say, and India agrees, before we head to the woods.
"I was thinking that we could have a guy slowly walking from one side, and a girl from the other, and they could meet in the middle," India says, and I grin.
"Which guy would you like to kiss, River, Oli, Charlie, Marcus, Lucas, Caspar or Jake?" I ask, reading out the list of guys who would come.
"Um, let's go with Oli because I spoke to him in last lesson," India replies, and I nod, before calling Oli.
"Hey Oli, can you come to the woods? We need you in our video for Media," I say.
"Sure, I'll be right there," Oli says, before hanging up.
"And what are you doing in the video?" India asks, curiously.
"I'll sort out that part," I say, and India nods, before Oli appears through the darkness. River is with him, carrying another video camera.
"I was thinking to make it easier, you could film India, and I'll film Oli, then you can just crash them together," River says, and I nod.
"Just literally just film him just walking forward looking for her, with a torch in his hand," I say, and River nods. Then we start filming.
After filming that bit, I drag India to film me. I walk down the road, where it is raining. The streetlights light up the road slightly, and I walk slowly down the road. River is playing the guy, and we keep walking forward until we meet in the middle, where River takes out a torch and shines it so our faces light up.
"You're my flashlight," I whisper, before I lean forward as if I'm about to kiss him, before we finish recording. "Thanks," I say, stepping back away from him.
"We better get back," India says, and I nod, before we all head off, India with me, and River with Oli.
