(Presentation day)

'Are you nervous baby?'

Youngji nodded while Seunghan shook his head.

'You can do this okay? Take deep breaths and don't worry about it having to be perfect. As long you enjoy the process. it's ok'

'Okay. Is appa going to come?'

'He said he will so don't worry'

'Ne~'

One by one, each child presented their family and has both parents filming and cheering for them. Overtime, Minji grew anxious. Was Jeonghan really going to wait his last opportunity?

'Hey, have the kids presented?'

'No and Jeonghan's still not here'

'Sorry'

'Yoon Youngji and Yoon Seunghan'

It was their turn to present.

'Sorry I'm late!'

Jeonghan suddenly barged into the room as the teacher was preparing their photos. He apologised for startling them and grabbed a seat beside Minji.

'Why is he here?'

'That's the first thing you have to ask? Well, if you must know, he is here to support the kids'

'Have the kids presented yet?'

'It's their turn now'

Minji took out her phone and started recording them, while signaling for them to take deep breaths and calm down.

'This is our family. Our eomma was born in Anyang and appa was born in Seoul. ... Appa is an angel. He is very kind to eomma and he loves us a lot. Although appa has made mistakes along the way, we still forgive him as he is our appa. I am thankful and glad eomma chose him'

Everyone clapped and Youngji and Seunghan ran off the stage to hug Jeonghan.

'I'm so sorry my babies. You both did really well! I'm so proud of the both of you'

After all the presentations, Seungcheol drive Minji home while Jeonghan brought the twins out for lunch. Minji insisted on them spending time together but she wanted to still keep her distance from Jeonghan who unwillingly agreed.

'Let's have a talk'

Minji knew what Seungcheol wanted to talk about and as much as she hated it, she knew Seungcheol was just watching out for her just like what Mingyu would do.

'Take a seat'

Seungcheol took a seat at his study table chair while Minji found a spot on the bean bag.

'I know what you are going to ask and yes I am sure I want the kids to reunite with their father'

'I just don't understand why after he has hurt you so many times!'

'The family isn't just about me and Jeonghan. There is Youngji and Seunghan's feelings that we have to consider. I can't have them grow up without a father figure by their side'

'I can be their father figure! Mingyu can! Even Wonwoo can be their father figure!'

'Why are you so against me accepting Jeonghan back again?!'

'Because I want to protect you and I don't want you to be hurt by him again!'

'What does that got to do with you? Why would you care if Jeonghan hurts me again? WHO ARE YOU TOO MEDDLE WITH MY LIFE'

'BECAUSE I LIKE YOU!'

'Minji, I-'

'No. Stay away. That's a bro code. You don't go falling in love with your friend's wife'

Minji ran out of the house while Seungcheol continued processing what just happened and scolding himself for being unable to control his mouth and confessing to you.

'Oppa...'

'What happened princess? Why are you crying? Where are you? I'll go look for you'

'Hangang park'

'Stay there ok? I'll be there soon'

Minji ended the call and hugged her knees towards her chest. Why did Seungcheol fall in love with her... Why did he have to confess? Couldn't he have kept it to himself and let his stupid one sided love die down?

'Princess!'

Mingyu ran over and hugged his sister.

'I'm here. Cry all you want. No pressure to tell me what happened'

Minji tried to tell her story but only broke down into sobs.

Eventually, Minji stopped crying and her tears dried up while she was being held close to Mingyu's chest.

'Cheol oppa confessed'

Mingyu jolted up, startling Minji.

Mingyu leaned back onto the backrest of the bench and hugged Minji again.

'I thought he gave up the moment your marriage was announced... I didn't know he still liked you'

'He always did, since we were kids. Jeonghan hyung fell in love with you too but Jeonghan hyung only learnt about Seungcheol hyung's crush on you after you got married'

'Jeonghan liked me too?'

'They both had major crushes on you but Seungcheol hyung's parents set a rule to never date within the social circle so he never dared to ask you out or even confess to you. Jeonghan hyung's crush developed when our parents organised a dinner the few weeks before you flew off to the UK'

'Their hearts never changed...'

'They never did. Jeonghan hyung really regrets that night and he was drugged by Secretary Lee. I'm not defending him but I'm sure you really want him back'

'I do... I miss Hannie a lot. He has grown thinner and he no longer has that glow in his eyes'

'I hope you know the cause of that?'

Minji nodded and gently poked Mingyu's arm.

'Oppa, can you help me pack my stuff and the children's belongings? I think I want to give Jeonghan a surprise dinner tonight'
