It was the Degabah System during the clone wars Master Yoda journeyed here during his own spiritual Jedi trials from the guidance of Qui-Gon since the fall of both the Jedi Order and Palpatine The Grand Master Jedi himself had lived here in solitude and meditating in his trials same as Anakin and Obi-Wan and Naboo
We then see Yoda for the first time since Luke and Leia's birth under meditation

Soon enough Qui-Gon himself began speaking to him in his thoughts as Yoda felt his presence

Qui-Gon: Master Yoda? My old friend.
Yoda: Qui-Gon. Another instruction you have for me hmm?
Qui-Gon: Indeed. Obi-Wan and Anakin have completed at least three tasks of their training. They have found two of our former Padawans. Your old Padawan Grogu. And Anakin's former Apprentice Ahsoka.
Yoda: Grogu and Padawan Tano? Alive they are?
Qui-Gon: They are. And it's important they continue their training as well. And as we speak they Anakin and Obi-Wan are reaching out to you. They acquire guidance of the great evil ahead of them.
